Many people are now wondering what robots will be able to do in 20
years’ time. Scientists believe that robots will be able to learn a language,
recognize your face, and understand what you say. They will also be able to
walk and run, just like humans.
In the home, domestic robots will cook your meals and do all the
housework. They will be able to other machines in your house, like the fridge
and the washing machine. Old people will have robot friends to look after them,
and rich people will have a lot of robot servants to do anything for them, even to
drive their car!
