CAPITAL PUNISHMENT
ADVANTAGES
Thanks to capital punishment, victims will feel safe and fair.
For example, to girl’s assaulters, they must die to atone for what they have done to those girls.
If these assaulters are not sentenced to death, when they are released from the prison, they will find the victims
and take revenge -> these victims will be in danger again.
DISADVANTAGES
- The death penalty can execute someone who is innocent.
+Improper handling of evidence and a lack of presentation of other items => Unfair sentences can unfair
sentences take away lives of innocent people and make other citizens lose faith in law and justice
- They have no chance to repent their act.
