Dear Madam. Dung
I am writing to complain about service quality in Green World hotel. I stayed at Green World
hotel for 3 days. I feel unsatisfied with the service at the hotel.
First of all, the service in this hotel is not good. My room was not cleaned well. It appears that
the sheets remained unchanged. I have a feeling that the toilet in this hotel was not cleaned.
And it has no trash can in the toilet. These things made me feel uncomfortable.
Secondly, the staff had a bad attitude towards us. They were not really hospitable. Moreover,
they did not focus on the work process. That lost my stuff. Personally, I think they made a racist
expression towards us. They talked about us and even mocked our looks.
Last but not least, The air quality in the hotel was not good. The poor soundproofing system
resulted in us being frequently noisy by other guests.
I hope the matter will be resolve.
