INTRODUCTION-CONCLUSION
E-commerce shopping is currently gaining popularity in the global market, especially during the
COVID-19 epidemic years. This type of commercing has also made buying and selling easier than
ever before, allowing many businesses to expand on a global scale. According to Valarezo et al.
(2018), E-commerce has transformed the way people do business, bringing more competitive
prices to the table as a result of a larger offer, a wider variety of products, and more marketing
strategies, as well as making customers more demanding. However, because this is a new type of
business, some companies are unable to adapt and refuse to change their traditional business
practices. This essay argued that companies choose to invest in e-commerce as a future step
because it helps the company expand its business market while also making it easier for
customers to purchase items. It also highlights that the difficulty in integrating into a company's
e-commerce platform is primarily due to a lack of economic conditions. Furthermore, the issue of
network security influences these companies' decision to convert their direct business method to
online business as well.
It is evident that the proliferation of consumers’
demands for purchasing products has been making a
dramatic contribution to the economic growth on a
