The DOIT’s have to collect, control and report on the
benchmarking obligation for enterprises in specific sectors.
These enterprise can be:
• DEU’s
• Non-DEU’s

5.1 NOTIFICATION

Notifying both DEU’s and non-DEU’s
Timing: Circular 19 require reporting from enterprises to DOIT at 15 th
January, is that advisable for obtaining good quality reporting? Do MOIT
need reporting at 31st January? Synchronizing with submitting 1-year
plans will be optimal from the enterprise perspective.
