1.0 PURPOSE / MỤC ĐÍCH
To ensure that the SMT operators are able to operate the equipment correctly and to avoid equipment
damage and industrial safety accidents due to improper operation and also to effectively make the best
of equipment throughput for the accomplishment of the production goal.

Turn on main power and the machine will start automatically.

Under the manual mode, place in the material frame and pay attention to the orientation of
the material frame;
Ở chế độ dùng tay,đặt khoang liệu vào,chú ý chiều hướng khoang liệu

Press “Lower Basket in” so that the material frame is sent into the board loader;

Shift to the Auto page and click on “Start”; the material frame will automatically elevate to
the first board pushing position.
