ABOUT ETHICAL DILEMMA IN BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT

According to Dr.Gentile - creator of the Giving Voice to Value program to bring solutions
to build ethical values that are appropriate in corporate culture. She pointed out a very
difficult but often encountered problem in business management: members of the
management board are very aware of what is an ethical violation and should not be done,
but under certain pressures forces from the competitive, financial, or sometimes customer
environment that make it difficult for them to choose or to come up with other hard-tochange solutions. This situation is known as Ethical Dilemma according to Andrew
Ghillyer - a situation in which there is no obvious right or wrong decision, but rather a
right or right answer. In this scenario, the ethical dilemma involves a situation that
requires selecting between conflicting values that are important to the employee or the
organization. In these cases, no decision will be made in the direction of right or wrong
analysis. The evaluation categories of problems will sometimes not be clearly divided
according to the right or wrong factors, but in favor of the most appropriate or
inappropriate. In short, the decisions in any dilemma are completely different and must
be based on many factors (such as the point of view of the person, the events involved in
the situation). In a world where ethical questions and ethical dilemmas often arise, it is
extremely valuable to have a standard or a precedent that can be referenced in the
decision-making process.
