INTRODUCING
Implementing the training program for students of course 16, the faculty of
business entrepreneurship under the international training institute – THUONG MAI
UNIVERSITY organized graduate internships for students. graduation internships
occupy an important position in the training career of intermediate schools, colleges,
and universities. it can be said that this is a golden opportunity, of great significance
and practicality for all students in general and students of the entrepreneurship faculty
in particular. internships help students approach reality, familiarize themselves with
jobs related to their field of study, consolidate their knowledge, and apply learned
skills to practical work. i am honored and fortunate to be able to practice at vne ecommerce trading joint stock company. this is a dynamic and professional
environment, with the help of teachers, teachers, and brothers and sisters in the
company, i have finished my internship, below is the presentation of the internship
report.

CHAPTER 1: OPERATION SITUATION OF VNE E-TRADE JOINT STOCK
COMPANY
1.1. Overview of VNE E-commerce Business Joint Stock Company
VNE E-Commerce Trading Joint Stock Company was established in 2019,
formerly BP Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company.
VNE Group Investment Joint Stock Company, also known as VNE E-Commerce,
The company started operating in 2019 with its head office at lane 68 Duong Dinh
Nghe, Cau Giay, Hanoi.
The tax code of VNE Group Investment Joint Stock Company is 0109373602.
The legal representative of VNE E-Commerce is Mr. Nguyen Son Tung.
VNE Group Joint Stock Company operates in the fields of e-commerce business,
exclusive distribution of household appliances, household appliances, quality life, and
prestige to bring satisfaction to the user experience. use customer products.

VNE E-commerce Business Joint Stock Company takes on the functions and
tasks of distributing genuine household products not only in the Vietnamese market
but also in developing countries such as some Eastern countries, South Asia and
Africa.

1.1.1.History of formation and development of the company
VNE Group was founded in 2019, replacing BP Investment and Trading Joint
Stock Company, which was founded in 2018. In March 2019, the company underwent
a significant transformation, changing its name to a business joint-stock company, ecommerce VNE Group, which now has two additional bases in Hanoi and one in Ho

Chi Minh City. When there is a clear mission and goal for the company's development,
the formation process becomes clear. At the same time, the company's management
decided to create a sustainable brand for the product to minimize costs and promote
long-term development.
In 2020, the company officially opened 1 more facility in Hanoi and 3 overseas
locations. Intending to become an international housewares company, the company's
management decided to set its first step in Southeast Asia, specifically the Philippines,
Indonesia, and Malaysia markets.
In early 2021, the company officially developed in the Thai market, and in June
2021, it expanded to the African market in Nigeria. VNE Group has more than 500
employees both at home and abroad. Products are diversified into 06 product niches:
kitchen, household solutions, mechanics, health, utility tools, and waterproofing
materials.

the top 10 e-commerce enterprises in Southeast Asia.

distributing genuine home appliance products not only in the Vietnamese market but

From the table above, in 2020, the scale of personnel will be large. Along with
that, the quality of human resources is also promoted. The number of employees
reaching university and college levels in 2020 will increase by 7.27%. The company

welcomed 281 young employees in 2020, which shows that 95.89% of the company's
personnel are young, creative, and enthusiastic. This is the foundation for the success
of the company.

VNE Group's leadership team is young but has many years of experience in
operating, managing, and training personnel in most fields.
VNE Group's staff are enthusiastic, dynamic, creative, eager to learn, dedicated
to working, always united, and committed to devoting themselves to the sustainable
development of the business. Each employee always understands their value and role
in the process of building and developing the company. Their development is the
development of the VNE Group.
Finance
With revolving capital and online business forms on social platforms, the
company's capital is heavily impacted by capital costs, taxes, business costs, and the
impacts of the COVID pandemic-19. These impacts change continuously, sometimes
positively, sometimes negatively, making capital increase and decrease fluctuations
over time. However, with the online business form, the company's capital is always
guaranteed to rotate capital for business activities, ensuring the existence and
development of the company.
Infrastructure
VNE E-commerce Business Joint Stock Company has its head office at 68
Duong Dinh Nghe, Yen Hoa, Cau Giay, and Hanoi. The premises are spacious and
airy, and the rooms are arranged reasonably. Each department is fully equipped with
air conditioners, water purifiers, computers, lights, elevators, and daily cleaning staff.
Tables and chairs are new, ensuring the safety of employees. Besides, each space in the
company has canvas posters to promote the morale and work responsibility of each
employee.

Technology
The technological equipment and techniques all meet Vietnamese quality
standards. All imported products are carefully inspected, imported legally, and
certified for import shipments. Before the product reaches the consumer, there is a
department to check and evaluates the shipment to ensure the technical aspects as well
as the safety of the goods.

end of 2020.

products in Southeast Asia within the next 5 years.
Currently, the company is implementing many brand communication activities,
building branded product sets, and positioning in the market.
Company culture
VNE personnel is all young and talented, so the working environment at the
company is very comfortable and sociable between departments. But besides that,
there are also sanctions to ensure the right work schedule.
The company has many contests organized for employees every quarter, such as
the 3S contest, the contest to record 1 working day online at home, 90 days and night
campaign, etc. Competitions help departments understand each other better, unite and
stick with VNE E-Commerce.

VNE Group Joint Stock Company operates in the fields of e-commerce, business,

distribution of household appliances, household appliances, quality life, and prestige to
bring satisfaction to the product user experience. customer products.
The company provides home appliance products according to product lines such
as cleaning product lines, kitchen product lines, adhesive product lines, health care
product lines, beauty product lines, etc.
The company implements a strategy of diversifying products to meet many

The company is currently trading in household goods. The company's business
products are divided into 6 main product lines:

1.2.2. Functions of each department
Media Department
The media department of VNE Group is responsible for producing resources
such as images, videos, packaging for products, and media publications for the
company. The Media Department has a close relationship with the Marketing
Department in implementing the company's marketing plans.
Marketing Department
The marketing department oversees analyzing and evaluating the collected
information, then makes marketing decisions, price decisions, and new products, ...
Marketing department builds a marketing strategy to expand the market to align with
business goals. In addition, the staff of the Marketing department monitor and
supervise the implementation, adjustment, and evaluation of VNE Group's Marketing
campaigns. At the same time, advise the Board of Directors on issues related to
Marketing management.
Purchase Department
The purchasing department has the main function of finding and developing
many sources of supply for the company. The department is responsible for contacting,
negotiating, and exchanging with suppliers to find the supplier with the best price for
VNE Group. At the same time, the operations department closely monitors and

evaluates the purchasing process.
Operation Department
The operation department of VNE Group has the main function of controlling the
product's transportation. VNE Group's operation department manages the sales team.
Therefore, an operator of a center will have the additional task of supervising the sales
staff's closing consultation process.
Accounting Department
Accounting Department The task of the accounting department of VNE Group is
to monitor the movement of the business capital of the enterprise and at the same time
advise the Board of Directors on the accounting regime and changes in each business
period. More clearly the accounting department's task is to make statistics, and

calculate costs, revenue, profit, and budget of the company, thereby proposing some
solutions for each accounting center.
Human Resources Department
The main task of the human resources department is to plan and implement
recruitment activities to meet the operational needs of the company. The Human
Resources Department uses relationships and communication channels to bring
recruitment information closer to potential candidates. At the same time, guide new
employees to understand the labor contract, policies, and rules of the enterprise. The
HR department of VNE Group oversees internal communication in the enterprise.
Technology room
The Technology Department of VNE Group is responsible for researching,
proposing, and developing tools and software for the company to apply to optimize
management. At the same time, employees of the technology department build
websites and apps according to the content that the Marketing department has built.

1.3.1.2. The company's process of importing goods
VNE Group Joint Stock Company operates in the fields of e-commerce, business,
distribution of household appliances, household appliances, quality life, and prestige to

Comment: Looking at the data table, we can see that the revenue and profit of


the company increase every year. Perhaps the Covid epidemic has affected customers
to have more free time for using social networks, so from 2019 to 2020 alone, the
company's revenue has increased by nearly 110 billion dongs. From there, we can see
that the covid epidemic is both a challenge and an opportunity for the company to
survive and develop.
1.3.3. Evaluate business performance
In the database are the corporate financial statements for the years 2019, 2020,
and 2021. The figures are used to evaluate the company's business activities through
the following indicators: revenue, cost, profit...
Regarding the company's revenue performance: in the observation period, VNE
Group's revenue is increasing year by year, which is a good sign. The company's total
revenue has grown and is many times larger than its expenses, showing that the
company is operating efficiently and earning profits. The increase in turnover shows
that business activities are still taking place completely normally despite changes in

the structure and internal of the enterprise. From there, the product sells more, and the
number of customers increases.
Regarding the implementation of expenses: The company's expenses increase
year by year. It proves that businesses cannot optimize fixed costs such as the cost of
products, or non-fixed costs such as advertising, ...
About profit: Although costs increased, revenue also grew more than expenses,
so profit still had good growth.
1.4. The influence of the microenvironment on the company's business
activities
Supplier
Suppliers play an important role in developing VNE's business strategy,
including the following suppliers:
- Supplier of input materials for the company's adhesive production line.

- Supplier of imported products.
Because the company does both domestic and foreign business, the requirements
set for the supplier must be correct, sufficient, quality, available and fast because
customs clearance and exporting goods to foreign countries takes a lot of time.
Therefore, just being delayed will affect the entire business plan and strategy of the
company.
VNE E-commerce Business Joint Stock Company does not choose a fixed
supplier, the supplier changes according to product features. A supplier can provide 12 product samples or only 1 sample. This leads to when a supplier has a problem, the
company chooses another supplier but may have to sell a different product model.
Competitors
The company now identifies three direct competitors. That is UKG Group Joint
Stock Company; Hakawa Vietnam Joint Stock Company; Winci Vietnam Household
Joint Stock Company. The activities of these competitors influence the impact of the
business. In addition to business development, the company must also learn and
analyze the activities of competitors. From there, be aware of their advantages and
disadvantages to seize the opportunities and challenges that competitors create for the
company.
The strongest competitor is UKG Group Joint Stock Company – of the three, this

company has built the strongest and most well-known Kalite brand. Therefore, the
implementation of the company's brand activities will be more difficult. Once the
competitor has positioned its brand, the company must have specific strategies such as
different positioning of the competitor, conveying a message that confronts the
competition or avoiding that message. If the company does not promote brand
communication, customers are more likely to choose competitors' products.
Client
Due to the nature of the company's products, anyone can be a customer of the
company. This is both an advantage and a disadvantage of the company. With many

customers, the company's business will be easier. However, with such many
customers, it is not easy to target each target customer group for each product, which
can affect marketing costs as well as the marketing efficiency of the company.
The company's customers are households with needs for essential household
items. Therefore, the company's products meet the needs of convenience and
versatility in the family. This also has a large impact on the company's product
portfolio. Products need long-term focused development, not product sales.
With the desire to dominate the market, the company is also always looking for
and expanding new customer files, brand building and development activities vary
with each customer. The company also has plans to divide market areas and customer
files to avoid the phenomenon of overlapping business, and not to focus too much on
one customer. Thus, customers are the factors that directly affect the company's
business as well as brand development activities.
1.5. Opportunities and challenges of VNE Group Joint Stock Company
Opportunity
Currently, the customers that VNE E-Commerce is targeting are Gen Y and Gen
X. This is a group of customers with a large amount of spending on household
appliances. They are a group that is increasingly active in trying out new products and
shopping online.
High market development potential. VNE E-Commerce always attaches great
importance to the research and development of new products. The household goods
industry is growing and applying technology more and more. Household items of

Vietnamese brands are more interested.
Challenge
VNE E-Commerce mainly focuses on selling online. However, the outbreak of
the Covid-19 epidemic is also a challenge for businesses. Because the purchasing
power of consumers decreases, it is more difficult to deliver goods to customers.

The household goods industry is highly competitive because consumers can buy
them at grocery stores, or anywhere.

2.1.2. Internship task
I will be in charge of the work related to the operation of the booth on the ecommerce floor: bidding for keywords, running ads, setting up, setting up a booth,
attracting Livestream, and monitoring the booth,…
Besides, I will support, propose and deploy promotions on e-commerce platforms
to boost sales. The daily tasks I do will be to manage, update and improve the content
and description of the product
After each day, week and month, I will aggregate data, report, monitor the stall
on the e-commerce platform and track and handle work related to partners.
For the work of the warehouse, I will coordinate and cooperate with the customer
care department and the warehouse department to transport the booth to operate the
stall most smoothly.
In addition to coming up with the most effective business and marketing
strategies, I was also trained in website optimization (SEO, Google Adwords),
analyzing and evaluating market trends, changes in demand, and Customers' behavior
as well as information about competitors through keywords, articles, .. at the same

time, I have to monitor the traffic and customer feedback on products and articles to
change the strategy. appropriate customer outreach strategy.

before and after selling products.

I work in the position of Intern on the Sales of e-commerce platform. Especially,

2.2 Practical experience
After 13 weeks of internship at VNE E-commerce Joint Stock Company, I have
learned a lot from the managers in the company as well as accumulated valuable and
useful lessons for the company. At the same time, I also understand clearly what work
I can do in the future and related to what issues and fields.
