Through the above data table, it is possible to assess the level of spending money
on advertising activities at BAV Training & Communication Co., Ltd. continuously
increasing year by year. Specifically, with advertising increasing brand identity from
2019 to 2021 of VND 120,000,000, respectively; 144,000,000 VND and 151,200,000
VND the increase of 2020 is more than 20% compared to 2019 significantly better
than 2021 only 2020 5% this shows that the company is also very interested in the
issue of brand communication to help customers be aware of its brand.

on fb advertising strategy towards two objectives: increasing the brand and sales with
a total amount of VND 120,000,000,000 and VND 240,000,000 respectively to receive
2,400,000 people for reaching out to brand customers and 1,200,000 people reaching

out through sales, respectively. Of the 2,400,000 customers reached out from brand
advertising, 120,000 interactions and 12,000 interested customers brought in 1,200
customers using the service.

on the fb ad running strategy towards two objectives: increasing brand and sales with a
total amount of VND144,000,000 and VND 264,000,000, respectively to receive
2,057,143 people for reaching brand customers and 1,100,000 people reaching out
through sales. Of the 2,400,000 customers reached from brand advertising, 130,909
were engaged and 13,091 were interested in bringing in 1,309 customers using the
service.

interactions and 33,000 interested people including 3,300 service users

In 2021, despite the epidemic, the company still spent a total of 431,040,000
VND of which brand advertising accounted for 151,200,000 VND received 3,780,000
visitors, of which 126,000 interacted and 13,860 interested customers brought in 1,386
users. Next, the sales advertising, with only 279,840,000 VND brought in 1,472,842
people of which 99,943 interacted and 31,982 people were interested in receiving
3,198 users.
With VND 431,040,000 bringing in VND4,584 is a very impressive number
when the covid 19 pandemic is underway.

personal Facebook. Customers are mostly friends and acquaintances. Therefore, it is
very difficult for the product to reach new customers.
The construction of fanpage is essential to building brand image and sales. It
makes it easy for customers with real needs to reach and buy your products. At the
same time, a professionally invested fanpage makes customers trust and feel more
secure when experiencing shopping with your brand.
When building a fanpage, you must clearly orient the product to suit which group
of customers? What's the advertising strategy? What is the plan to find new customers
and retain old ones?
Fanpage development is an effective way of selling on facebook that is popular
today. However, the cost of management and advertising is quite high. It is suitable for
