INTRODUCTION
Short presentation of the company
VNE ECOMMERCE was established at the end of 2019, after nearly 2 years of
operation, VNE ECOMMERCE is gradually reaching out to become a leading ecommerce company in the field of home appliances not only in Vietnam but also in the
domestic market. Southeast Asia. These are considered the initial successes of VNE
ECOMMERCE. With the goal of reaching out to the world, right after its
establishment, VNE ECOMMERCE quickly set up 2 more bases in the Philippines
and Indonesia to expand its product lines to international customers.
The purpose of internship
1: have more experience and run well in running facebook, tiktok, google ads.
2: Know how to design videos, images and plan marketing strategies for products
to serve your project.
3: I also expect the company to have a salary commensurate with my ability and
effort.
4. I do advertising related to home appliances and household materials such as:
blender, tape, microwave... That will help me to learn and decorate the shop better.
5. At the company, I also have contact with the operation department, which will
help me better control the cash flow in the future.

Board of manager
The General Director is the legal representative, responsible before the law for
the management and operation of the unit's operations within the prescribed scope,
powers and obligations. Under the General Director, there is also the help of 1 Fouder,
2 Deputy Directors and 2 Center Heads.
Human resouces department
In charge of monitoring personnel, labor work of members in the company,
thereby promoting to superiors about remuneration and reward regimes. Having the
function of recruiting, training and allocating personnel in the company, promoting
ideas to the director in management, so that he can smoothly run the system of
production and business apparatus of the company. The company is on the right track.
Implement regimes for employees, administrative work, health care, security, service...
Currently, the Human Resources Department includes: 18 people, qualifications:
University, College.

Accounting department
In charge of the financial - accounting professional work, accounting
organization, statistical data so that the company can implement financial management

measures of the business. Advise and report to superiors on the effective use of capital
and assets, thereby promptly solving arising problems. Check the situation of revenue
and expenditure, payment, propose loan solutions and use capital, in charge of direct
contact with the bank. Accounting Department includes: 12 people, qualifications:

In charge of the tasks of detailed planning of business activities, short-, mediumand long-term strategies to set out new operational directions and sustainable
development for the company. As a department that works directly with customers,
receiving feedback from customers from which feedback to other departments to
continuously improve product quality. Sales Department includes: 156 people,
qualifications: University and is also the largest department in the company.
Marketing room
Carry out the tasks of developing and implementing short-term and long-term
plans and strategies in the field of Marketing. At the same time, continuously carry out
promotional activities to bring the company's brand image closer to consumers and
build a solid foothold in the hearts of customers. Marketing Department includes: 77
people, qualifications: University, college.
Design - Engineering Department
Responsible for designing media publications, brand identities for the company's
products at the request of the Marketing department and customers. Design Engineering Department includes: 14 people, qualifications: University and college.
Content Room
Implement ideas, build, create content for posts and images on fanpage, website,
magazine, publications of the company, organize events, teambuilding activities to

connect and connect members in the company. Content Department includes: 13
people, qualifications: University, college.
1.3 Internal characteristics of the company
Human Resources:
Currently, VNE ECOMMERCE is an e-commerce enterprise with a scale of
nearly 500 domestic and foreign employees with well-trained expertise and skills in

many fields. With an ever-expanding scale, VNE ECOMMERCE is creating hundreds
of jobs every year for workers in Vietnam and Southeast Asia; at the same time,
contributing to the strong development of Vietnam's e-commerce in recent years.
VNE's organizational structure is very wide, including VNE 01, VNE 02, VNE 03,
VNE 04, VNE 05 which are domestic advertising activities. APG block includes phil,
indo, Thai, malay... is a business block operating in Asia territory. Clux block
specializes in e-commerce floor segment. Block Ones specializes in media.

VNE ECOMMERCE's staff are young enthusiastic, dynamic, eager to learn,
good at expertise, dedicated to their work, always united and committed, devoting
themselves to contributing to sustainable development. of the enterprise. Each member
of VNE ECOMMERCE always understands their values and roles in the process of
building and developing the Company, their own development is the development of
VNE ECOMMERCE.
VNE ECOMMERCE's leadership team is young but has many years of
experience in operating, managing and training personnel in most fields. CEO of VNE
ECOMMERCE Nguyen Son Tung and his associates in the Board of Directors are

Financial capability:
Since its establishment in 2019 until now, VNE company has always been
proactive in its capital sources and its ability to turn capital quickly. The funds
allocated to the departments are quite balanced. The department with the most capital
investment is the Marketing department - this is the department that has a great
influence in building the brand image and finding potential customers for the
company. The company's investment costs in the early stages to be able to control and
allocate properly still faced many difficulties, but VNE company overcame it by
separating and expanding more departments to be able to manage easier to handle and
operate.
Infrastructure:
VNE company has invested a lot in the construction of infrastructure facilities,
the most advanced working equipment system with full of modern technologies to best
serve the company's employees. companies such as desks, computers, other personal
devices... VNE's offices are increasingly being expanded throughout major cities in
countries in Southeast Asia and are regularly opened. Monthly upgrade and
maintenance.
1.4. Main lines of business and business areas of the company
The company operates in the field of e-commerce business, distributing genuine
products and household appliances. Main business products such as multi-function
blender, adhesive tape, adhesive, oil-free fryer, cleaning spray, household appliances...

Customers: This is a prerequisite for the success of any business. Researching
and understanding the needs of customers is the key for businesses to develop and
make an impression on consumers. When customers boycott the products of the
business, it is a failure and the business can go bankrupt at any time. VNE company
always identifies its own set of customers to best meet their needs and help the
company grow more and more.
Competitors: Currently, with increasing demand, business in the field of ecommerce is taking place with fierce competition. If the company cannot find new
directions and better quality products, it is easy to be trampled by other competitors at
any time.
Suppliers: Currently, the company's equipment, machinery, and raw materials
must be purchased from outside suppliers. Therefore, to ensure quality and stable
supply, the company must always build and maintain close and intimate relationships
with business partners. Limit frictions and conflicts so that together we can achieve
bigger, more stable and long-term goals.

Comment: Through the results table showing the business situation of the
company in the last 2 years, it shows that the company is operating stably and the

business has been profitable.
Specifically, in 2020, the company's revenue reached VND 150,0763 billion with
a total cost of VND 108,5796 billion. And achieved a pre-tax profit of 41.4967 billion
dong, finally after deducting taxes payable to the state, the company made a profit of
35,4764 billion dong. Although it is only the first year the company officially went

into operation, it has to invest a huge amount of capital to build facilities,
infrastructure and put it into operation, but with a team of young enthusiastic
employees, With the ingenious leadership of the Board of Directors, the company
initially achieved remarkable success.
In 2021, the company's revenue increased by 18.06% compared to 2020,
especially after tax profit increased by 40.28% compared to 2020. It can be seen that
the company's apparatus is gradually coming into the system. operate properly and the
business becomes more and more profitable.

PART 2: MY MISSIONS
2.1 Objective of my missions:
- Learn and make good use of video image editing software, computer tools like
excel, how to create a website to advertise your products.
- Find out about the company's products, advantages and disadvantages
compared to other products in the same industry on the market. Then set out goals,
advertising strategies, target audience to be able to sell the most products to customers.
- Run product ads, collect data to evaluate the product, thereby orienting to
increase sales or not sell that product anymore.
- Make reports on working process, work efficiency and revenue by week, month

to report to management.
2.2 Steps to perform work at the internship site
As a graduate student, I had the opportunity to do an internship at the Marketing
department of VNE company, I had the opportunity to train and learn from the
colleagues in the same company, everyone taught me their best. devoted. Along with
that, I was able to coordinate and join the members of the Marketing Department in
implementing product advertising campaigns. Here, I can learn and hone the necessary
skills to help the job of a marketer in the future. Some jobs that I can directly
participate in at VNE E-Commerce Business Joint Stock Company:
• Research and analyze the market, learn the activities of competitors. Because
the company's target market is the Southeast Asian market, the company will face
many difficulties in approaching customers about culture, population characteristics,
lifestyle, customs... and especially are domestic competitors in the countries the
company is targeting. Therefore, market research is an extremely important and urgent
job for any business.
• Collect primary and secondary data from information sources on the mass
media and also from the company's available data to serve for future product
advertising projects. The data will be collected weekly, each week, the Leaders will
assign you to search and collect according to different arrays of information content.

• Support the Content department to plan posts, content on the company's
fanpage and website, media publications and magazines. Brainstorm ideas for events
and activities to connect internal members of the company (holidays, special occasions
such as company anniversary, March 8, October 20, Christmas, New Year's Eve, etc...)
• Implement the main work related to Digital Marketing, including creating
content for posts, designing videos to communicate for products, designing landipage,
tracking the status of bills of lading on Pospages.

• Make marketing reports to monitor, data results by time frame, day, week and
month. From there, propose solutions to minimize marketing costs and increase the
visibility of the company's brand and products.

For my current job, which is one of the important links in the process of building
and developing the Marketing Department's activities, I will need to connect and
understand the needs of customers while creating a high level of customer satisfaction.

when businesses have to research and understand clearly the characteristics of the
market and customers to offer new products. products that match and satisfy customer
needs. Therefore, the jobs at Marketing department in general and the work that I am
doing will directly affect the commercial marketing activities of the business and build
a solid brand image in the minds of consumers. At the same time, it is the needs and
feedback from customers that will create the motivation for the Marketing department

marketing activities of the business.

- Because of the impact of the covid 19 pandemic, every country that encounters
it has suffered too great a loss. Vietnam too and VNE has created conditions for each
employee to go to work without having to go to the company, which has really created
trust and conditions for employees to stick around for a long time.

2.3 Obtained results
About Professional:
- I know and use photo and video editing software to advertise the product of my
project.
- Know how to make effective marketing strategies for products, determine the
behavior of customers in the most accurate way.
- I have a website, ladipage for my store
- Brand positioning, product pricing, advertising channels other than online
marketing such as out of home, TVC...
- Know more sources to import household materials to invest in the store.
- Know how to find a product, import and sell that product in the most optimal
way, and advertise the store's products in the most optimal way.

- Coordinate the operation of the store with other distributors.
About myself:

teamwork, and how to manage staff.

3.1: Lessons and experience learned from the internship
3.1.1 Lessons related to life skills
- Lesson One: Proactivity
At school, we may be inert, waiting for teachers or friends to remind us to start
studying, starting to do homework, sometimes even resisting skipping lessons. Or take
the exam and then start reviewing, sometimes even without studying for the exam.
But at my internship company (VNE Group) it's different, everyone has their
own job. They do not have time to care about what you are doing, whether you
understand and do it or not, but only care about the results you achieve. So your job
must be proactively solved, have problems to find out for yourself or ask your
colleagues.
Besides, if you are an active person at work, you will have more advantages. Will
be noticed by colleagues and appreciated by the boss. From there, the work becomes

more convenient. And the chances of promotion are also higher.
- Lesson two: Learn from reality
Internship is a very rewarding time, thanks to that time, I have gained a lot of
valuable experiences and experiences from practice.
It will be a lesson learned in the internship report that will help me get better
results.
These lessons will not be provided to me by any school, but can only be learned
from the school of life.
The results achieved after the internship will help me improve myself in terms of
knowledge, skills and lifestyle.
The practical lessons here will also be the stepping stones to help me develop
myself better in the next jobs.
- Lesson Three: Get More New Relationships
When I went to school, my relationship was only friends, relatives, teachers, now
after the internship I will have many new colleagues, new soul mates, etc., which helps

The lessons learned after going to the internship will help me become a lot more
mature, think more maturely and orient my future more clearly.
I thought If I knew how to make the most of my internship, my promotion would
come.
