3.1 Logo design:

In 2019, with a total expenditure of VND 540,000,000, including sales marketing of
the company of VND 180,000,000 and commercial marketing spending of VND
360,000,000. Compared to the next year, 2020, the total expenditure ratio has
increased by 23% to VND 666,000,000 with Brand Marketing of VND 216,000,000

and Commercial Marketing of VND 450,000,000 respectively. Thus, it can be seen
that commercial marketing has increased by 25% compared to 2019.
- Next is 2021 with the spending amount for brand marketing is 248,000,000
VND and commercial marketing is 549,000,000 VND, up 15% and 22% respectively
compared to the figures in 2020. Total spending in 2021 will increase to 20 %
compared to 2019.
=> It can be seen that the increase in spending in 2020 is also due to the
increased demand for services, but in 2021 due to factors affected by the epidemic, the
company has a low 20% increase in spending. more than 23% of 2020. This is also a
common situation that many businesses face. However, the amount of expenditure
does not fully reflect the efficiency of each year, but it is necessary to compare the
efficiency of each year in the table below.

VND. The enterprise has approached 3,600,000 customers, interacted with 180,000
customers, the number of interested customers is 18,000 and the number of customers
using the service is 1,800. This is an impressive number when it comes to strategic
spending when these are the company's early years.
Next is the commercial marketing target with a spending level of VND
360,000,000. Reaching 1,800,000 customers, the number of customers interacting is

2020, the total number of customers reached has decreased slightly at 4,960,717

number of customers. Customer interaction has also increased to 383,846 customers.
The number of customers interested and using the service is 75,886 customers and
7,589 customers, respectively.
=> The year 2020 is the year when the epidemic affects the economy and also the
time when BAV media company develops more than 2019. The reason is also because
the good strategies that the company has put forward have achieved great results.

In this 2021 results report. With the outbreak of the pandemic affecting the global
economy, corporate spending has increased. The reason is due to the cost to support
partners and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on businesses. Specifically, the total
spending in 2020 is 797,400,000 VND. With the government's blockade policy, the use
of social networks has increased, so the number of customers from brand marketing
and commercial marketing is 6,210,000 people and 2,889,474 people, respectively,
with a total reach of 9,099,474 people. The number of customers interacting is 403,
701 people. The number of interested customers is 85,513 people. The total number of
customers using the service increased slightly to 8,551 people.
3. Evaluation of customer-oriented Facebook social media marketing
activities at BAV Training & Communication Co., Ltd.
3.1. Achievements acquired
- Expanding 12 branches across North - South
- Increase staff from 30 employees to 120 employees within 5 years
- Average salary is relatively good from 9,000,000-12,000,000 VND/person

3.2. Limitations and reasons
- Because of the Covid-19 epidemic, it has had a great impact on businesses.
When other businesses cannot operate, it is also a great challenge for the company
because there is no number of customers using the service.
- The advertising accounts are still limited for many reasons due to the tight
