David Bowles is Assistant Director of Public Affairs and coordinates the RSPCA’s
political, local government and campaign work. David has worked for the RSPCA
for 20 years, is a Board member of the Canine and Feline Sector Council, and the
Association of Dog and Cat Homes, the umbrella organisation for organisations in
the British Isles that run shelters. He has published over 20 papers on issues ranging
from primate behaviour to the effect of free trade on animals.
