Edwin Chow from the Consumer Financial Protection
Bureau (CFPB) will provide an introduction to the CFBP
and touch on the agencies mortgage related
regulations. He will explain the agencies’ supervisory
and examination program processes and priorities. Mr.
Chow will also summarize the new regulations that will
be released in January 2013. Seize this prime
opportunity to gain clarification on the new rules and
regulations that will affect your business.

The CFPB Compliance training will provide educational
information about the Federal consumer financial laws,
and how to implement a compliance management
system, including the internal policies and procedures
that will ensure that you are, and remain, in

compliance. The training will also address new CFPB
rules and regulations. The training team includes
industry compliance experts to guide attendees. These
experts have extensive expertise in consumer financial
law and regulatory matters involving consumer
financial services.
The topics that will be covered include:
· Marketing and Advertising (Includes Advertising
Requirements, Compensation Practices, Lead
Generation.)
· Implementing an Effective Compliance
Management System (Includes what training you
should include on Fair Lending, ECOA, FCRA, TILA,
HMDA, etc.)

manuals and first hand information on what you should

· What is UDAAP? (Includes Assessing Consumer Risk
