Aquatic Plant

Plant life adds realism to origami nature scenes. Aquatic
Plant can be displayed against a flat background to
suggest an underwater scene. The instructions also
explain how to modify the plant so that it may be inserted
into a Styrofoam base or used as a terrestrial plant.

PAPER: Make the model from the designated sheet of
folding paper included in the back of the book on page
105. You can also use a 10-inch square of origami paper.

BASIC TECHNIQUES: See Chapter 1 for the Rabbit Ear
Fold and Fish Base exercises.

1 Start with a completed
