Oval Leaf
Created by Marcia Joy Miller
Decorate greeting cards or posters with Oval Leaf. You
can also include it in nature scenes that you create from
origami models. Make this simple leaf from paper that
reminds you of fall colors and use it to enhance autumn
displays.

PAPER: Create the model from the designated sheet of
folding paper included in the back of the book on page
113. You can also use a square of 3 to 6-inch origami
paper or bond paper in green or in autumn colors.

for a right hand leaf or, if
you prefer, fold the ridge to
the right for a left hand leaf.

almost flat at the top corner
and higher at the bottom
corner. Run your fingernails
against each side of the ridge
creating valley creases.
