Online learning has been widely accepted and practiced throughout the world, so
there must be reasons for the popularity of online learning. Firstly, online learning
saves up a lot of time for both lecturers and students. Lecturers can save and divide

appointment with tutors and meet them physically for revision as they prefer reread
lessons several times by using technology equipment or using social media to ask
teachers for explanations. Moreover, some students are afraid to approach teachers
physically; hence, online learning is caused to solve these problems and make
learning more convenient. Secondly, in some special situations such as pandemics
or wars, online learning is the only possible way to maintain knowledge. For
example, the COVID-19 epidemic, which has distanced the world society for several
months, is the main cause of online learning as society is stagnated completely and
online learning is the only option that can continue the study process in the socialdistancing situation. In short, the convenience and saving time are the main reasons
