SOME FACTORS AFFECTING THE WORK PERFORMANCE

ABSTRACT:
This paper w a s written by reviewing domestic and foreign researches on work performance
of woilcers. The paper summarized 7 factors affecting the performance of workers and these
factors are: (1) Working motivation of employees; (2) Satisfaction of employees with their j o b ;
(3) Commitinent to tiie work of employees; (4) Leadership support from superiors; (5) Peer
support from colleagues; (6) Job stress and (7) Leadership style. This paper is expected to help
develop a research tiieoretical framework to improve the performance o f employees working for
organizations in Viemam.
