Hue: Hello every body
My name is Hue. I am an interviewer of BBC. Welcome to discuss
topics of our day today!
CEO stands for the chief excutive officer. It means that the highest
leader in the company or the excutive director. So what are the necessary
qualities to be come a competent leader. That is the topic of our
discussion today. In our meeting, we have the participation of some
invited guests who are the successful businessman.

Nice to meet you! I have heard a lot about you. In your opinion, what
are qualities of the CEO?
Huong: I think, to become a good leader we need to have the Self-
confidence and consistency. (tam nhjn xa)
A true leader must always understand himself and believe in his
abilities. This confidence is formed from the practice skills in work;
accumulating extensive knowledge together with the available smart.
Besides, they are known as a cognitive, learning person from others.
And, consistency is also very important when a set can have
differences of opinions and perspectives. A strong leader should be
steadily in his decisions. However, this does not include the ideological
conservatives don't know fixing those mistakes, to know about perhaps to
incline in the arbitration of the conflicts in its internal.

Hello, In your opinion, beside the confidence and a firm faith, what
are qualities of CEO need more?
Linh: Beside the confidence and a firm faith, I think a CEO should have

the vision and ability to influence others.(kn gay anh huong den ng khac)
A leader has much more an important role than an individual. He
always knows how to plan well all work and who provides the most
useful advice for those of his peers
or subordinates.
Not only a visionary, he also knows how to convey their ideas to
others to understand to make good ideas. The message was transmitted to
vivid, clear and high persuasive. Therefore, the proficiency in ability to
communicate always is the necessary qualities of a good leader.

And the ability to influence others and quite necessary. Convincing
others to follow his guidance. This requires the skillful diplomatic
documents and some skills in working with human.
Huyen: Yes, thank you!
Some people thinks that a talented CEO must be have the resulting
decisive because the decisions they makes will creat great impact to the
company’s benefit. So what do you think about that?

: In my opinion,to become a good CEO.We need not only quality like:
sefl-confidence, a firm faith,vision or ability to influence others.In
addition,the resulting decision is also an important factor.
As the leader, you are expected in making the important decision
while others often to stay away from it. Whether the decision will
sometimes create a big impact affects the relationship between you and
the people around you, then you also have to accept that.
The concessions, both in making decisions can lead you to the
mistake, losing the "prestige" position is the leader. Sometimes you just
need a little ruthless in getting fire employee because his action makes

great harm to the interests of the company
And outside the factors on the resulting decision,I talk more about
quality the will to strive of a CEO.
A good leader who always recognizes when looking at the breadth of
achievements that he gained. In this respect, at the same time also brings
confidence for himself.
And I think this is an indispensable qualities of a CEO talented.

Hiep: With me, not only on the qualities that CEO need to sacrifice

Being a head of a collective, you have to spend a lot of time and effort
to manage good subordinates and your work. Even, the busy still
occupies both the private time for yourself and your family.
More, Adaptation is shown: Business methods can be effective in
today but tomorrow it is again different. A good leader has to be aware of
that and know the official time in the adaptation and acceptance of
change. He has to always update the skills, technologies and new
methods to promote development in his work.

spiritual sight. Keeping good health with spiritual work will creat an
effective your working day ang gain more success in the job.
In summary, we can see that to become a talented CEO is not easy.
It requires you to really love your job along with the effort and attempt
not to break off to be able to converge the required qualities of leaders.
