2.1INTRODUCTION
Hoa Sen University is the place with the most correct and creative teaching and
learning methods today. Having helped me have an effective learning environment,
the school has created opportunities for students to practice in real businesses. I set a
goal for myself when I went to practice to improve my weak skills and develop
myself. The purpose of this internship is that I want to have practical experience in the
business and I have been assigned by the company to work as a recruitment intern in
the human resources department at Vietstar Group.
I had the chance to learn and put into practice the information that my
university instructors had taught me while I was an intern at Vietstar Group. I made
objectives for myself to work toward during my internship. I want to start off by
acting like a true office employee for the business and taking responsibility for all of
my actions and work. Second, I will certainly acknowledge all of my flaws and
sincerely consider any advice made by the business or my coworkers. Be active and
thorough with the responsibilities that my superiors have given me. Third, I want to
research and comprehend the operations of the firm where I work, as well as its types
and future business plans, in order to provide ideas and work to its growth.Third, I
will actively improve my soft skills such as the use of office computer software, the
use of office equipment and facilities, as well as the ability to communicate and
present in front of me. crowd. And finally, I will be more proactive in my work,
voluntarily asking staff to provide forms to bring the work to the editor.
In order to have more experience to improve myself and my shortcomings, the
cognitive internship is the time I did an internship at a company that helped me
improve my lacking skills. I firmly believe that after interning at the company, I
achieved my own goals and objectives set and learned how to recruit personnel,
learned perseverance, diligence in work, and improved my ability to work ability to

communicate as well as communicate with colleagues in the company.

2.6 POSITION AND TASKS
3.1 Position
I'm employed at the Vietstar Group Company in the human resources
department's recruitment division. Writing job content, posting jobs on social media
and job search websites, developing job images, and identifying candidates are the
jobs I've held at the company. Additionally, I look over the applicant's resume, after
which I text, converse with, and take a call to address any concerns the applicant may
have, before inviting the applicant to an interview. I occasionally even land a job as a
front desk assistant. Last but not least, I have to meet with my supervisor every week
to discuss my schedule for the coming week, go over what I've accomplished, and
sign up for it.
3.2 Tasks
My daily duties at the company primarily involve receiving inquiries from businesses
for candidates:
Every week, the company will receive inquiries from companies looking to fill
open positions. The supervisor will then invite me and the interns to a meeting and go
over the expectations for the coming week, including which tasks to take on first and
which to prioritize.
Design of the recruitment image:
I'll then look at the requirements and start designing recruitment images based on
those requirements. I also had to filter out the necessary, important information to
design the image so that it would be noticeable to the candidate. And set the
requirements, criteria, and benefits that candidates receive when working at the

company.
Figures 3 and 4 in the appendices show some of the image templates I created.

dd 5

J
Once I have completed the recruitment image, I will start writing content based on the
requirements of the business to recruit and post on social networking sites, in addition,
I will also post on job recruitment sites such as Vieclam24h.vn, Top CV, FreeC,... In
the process of posting jobs, the recruitment content directly affects the vacancy
because if the way of posting jobs is not effective, it may lead to many candidates
submitting CVs for the wrong position. To post job postings more effectively, I often
highlight keywords such as job position, location, education, and salary,... will
increase the appearance of job postings on search pages.
Candidate search:
When looking for candidates I need to understand what the content of this job position
is so that I can prepare the most detailed and attractive job description to attract the
candidate's attention in the job postings I have posted to see if anyone needs to find a
job or who needs to find a job will leave comments like periods or text me or contact
me or I've emailed you or you're still hiring. In addition, I also go to job search sites to
see who needs a job, I will actively message them if they want to find out the job I am
hiring or not and will give the advantages of working with the company so that
candidates are interested.
Applicant screening:
Once I've identified candidates looking for work, I'll move on to screening them and
presenting them with the requirements to see if they meet them. Depending on the

positions open, the requirements may also be more or less specific and have different
qualities to prevent wasting time on documents that do not adhere to the fundamental
standards. These include resumes that fail to include the title of the position,
application emails sent in an unprofessional manner, CV layouts that are quite
captivating, simple grammatical errors, and more. I will read each candidate's CV and
analyze it, paying particular attention to the section on work experience, to make sure
I select the best prospects for the position.
Texting interacts with the candidate:
I'll start by texting and interacting with prospects after I've screened them. I'm going to
divide it into three sections. One is that the applicant submits an email application; I
respond with information about the position you are seeking and a brief overview of
the position, and then I get in touch with the applicant to further discuss it. The second
is when applicants directly write me on social media sites like Facebook, Zalo, and
Instagram asking for guidance on finding a job. I will also let them know if the
position is still open or not. Thirdly, job seekers apply on websites for job searches
dd 6

like Vieclam24h.vn, Top CV, FreeC,... Additionally, I will notify and introduce the
position to any candidates who call back to discuss it.
Speak with candidates by phone:
I must decide whether a candidate satisfies the requirements in terms of abilities,
knowledge, and experience when I speak with applicants. And pick the appropriate
window of time to call the candidate. In order to avoid confusion, I also need to find
out if applicants are also applying for other roles at the same time. If the company
requests it, I will send a link to the test for that position if a potential candidate is
recruit. After verifying the candidate's search after the call, I will also send them a
company map through email before the call ends.
Answer candidates' questions:
It is essential that I address the candidate's inquiries about employment, working

hours, and firm address when I call potential applicants. Candidates occasionally
decline jobs because of the working hours, which can be too early or late, or because
of the pay and benefits, they would receive if hired by the company. Candidates
frequently want a job change that is close to their homes while calling and exchanging
numbers. In order to appropriately respond to the candidate's questions, I must also
decide for myself what information is accurate to be able to answer the candidate's
questions in the best way.
Notice to candidates participating in the interview:
Once I have agreed on the right information and worked with the candidate, I begin to
inform the candidate about the time and the notes when participating in the interview.
high floor, parking place, etc., it is necessary to pay attention to the candidate and
change the notes when interviewing so that the candidate can prepare psychologically
about the test, interview questions, interview attitude, and prepare cv documents as
required. bridge. And I will send emails, messages according to the company's form.
Next, determine the job position that the candidate is for, and I will put the
information on the Vietstar candidate information page, I have the model in Figure 5.

dd 7

+ Before participating in the interview:
Contact the candidate to confirm before the interview time (can be 30-45 minutes
away:
- If the candidate participates in the interview, note more about the path and announce
the availability of support.
- Make a note to inform the partner if the candidate decides not to participate in the
interview. Find out the causes concurrently so that you may point candidates in the
direction of other projects.
- If a candidate cancels, I will actively follow up with them to find out why, and if the
excuse is acceptable, I can nimbly suggest other

the candidate interview. Recruiters can also exploit candidate interview information to
be able to make recruitment documents and advise candidates later.
Notification of interview results to candidates:
When the interview results are available, I will check the correct information and
contact the candidate to inform them:
- Passed interview results: Contact to report the time, place to receive the job and the
notes when accepting the job such as manners, documents to be prepared, email
response to an Invitation letter from the partner company ... If the candidate feedback
needs to change the time of receiving the job, need to ask the exact time and contact
the partner.
- Failed interview results: Notify candidates of results, and flexibly combine
references and other appropriate project advice to redirect work for candidates.
Follow up on the candidate's job:
+ Before taking the job:

dd 8

- If the date of receiving the job and the date of announcing the interview results are
far apart, I follow up and contact the candidate 1-2 days before the date of receiving
the job.
- If the candidate accepts the job as planned, ask the candidate about the preparation of
the application and note how to get the job.
- If the candidate changes his plan and does not accept the job, I will find out the
reason and inform the partner if the candidate has not informed me, if he finds the
attitude is good and has an acceptable reason, I can flexible. advise more jobs or share
with candidates
+ During the first period of employment:
- I actively maintain interaction by texting, calling, etc. to inquire about the candidate's
job status.
- Maintain this job from 5-7 days without a break to be able to monitor the candidate's
attitude and status, as well as learn more about working conditions and environment to
further support the recruitment process use.
Follow candidates who resign:
In case the candidate resigns as expected through the previous exchange, it will be
based on the candidate's exchange attitude to influence and stabilize thoughts.
In case the candidate quits their job when receiving notice from the partner. I can
contact candidates to find out more information about the working environment and
sales pressure, or share personal problems if possible…, and can make an appointment
to keep candidate information for the candidate's other job opportunities.
Record candidate information:
I actively aggregate and record candidates to accumulate recruitment data and sources
of potential candidates
3.3 The knowledge and experience
I got the chance to widen my network of contacts after finishing my internship.

I used to only hang out at school, hang out with a select group of close pals, and that
was it. However, after completing a seven-week internship, I now have more friends,
coworkers, and even older siblings. These connections are crucial because they give
me the chance to study and advance my career in the future. I also gained knowledge
on taking initiative in life. People at work don't care about the process I do since they
only require the results, not the method. Additionally, since everyone has a job to
complete, if I don't actively learn anything new or solicit everyone's assistance and

dd 9

cooperation, I won't learn anything. Thanks to that, I have built for myself the
initiative in all work.
In order to show my bosses that I am a serious, responsible employee who can
manage all duties successfully, including that outside of my profession, I also train
myself to be a responsible person in all jobs. I also gained knowledge about attitude at
work during my internship because, in my opinion, attitude and responsibility are the
most important elements for future development. Because it will be challenging to
move farther in the future, regardless of how excellent your professional skills are if
you are not dedicated to your job or your working attitude is not serious. But thanks to
these things, I quickly integrate and develop the skills that I have acquired.
When I go to practice I will have to work in a team environment, so I need to
be able to interact well with people. I have gradually developed my communication
skills and situational abilities through communication with coworkers and job
candidates. Sometimes having difficulty at work or advising candidates, my
colleagues have pointed out my weaknesses, thereby helping me to develop myself.

professional knowledge. Afraid that I can't do the job, these are the difficulties of
starting work and a lot of new jobs.
o In terms of skills communication:
I am weak in my communication with superviors and colleagues, which makes me
dull and insecure. Leads to difficult situations that interfere with work. Because when
I arrived at a new place, I felt scared and apprehensive, so I didn't know how to
behave best.

2.9RECOMMENDATIONS

6.1Recommendations to the company
During my internship at Vietstar's recruitment department, I have the following
recommendations:
The company should expand the working room so that the working
environment can be more comfortable.
In the office, I think there should be a lot of greenery to help reduce stress and
increase work efficiency.
Build more rooms for eating, snacks, resting places.
If possible, I think designing an office arrangement to have a beautiful and
comfortable space that is easy to go to can motivate people to go to work every day
and can make an impression on people who come to job interviews.
6.2Recommendations to the University
For Hoa Sen University, I have the following recommendations to improve for future
internships:

CONCLUSION

After seven weeks of internship at Vietstar Group Joint Stock Company,
although it is not a long time for me to have a more specific idea of the organizational
structure, functions and tasks at the company. During the internship, I had the
opportunity to learn and interact with the brothers and sisters at the company that
helped me learn a lot. For the position of a recruiting intern, it has helped me with
many important skills, including the following:
P
Writing thinking skills: Learn how to write content that is more
engaging to readers, more logical thinking. The ability to think color in designing
more eye-catching and beautiful photos that attract the viewer's attention.
P
Time management skills: Allocate time appropriately to solve tasks from
easy to difficult, ensuring the completion on schedule and quality of each task.

actively state their opinions to make the project better. Help the company get higher
revenue.

compliments and also criticisms. But thanks to the guidance of my predecessors,
helped me realize my shortcomings and improve.
Besides the positive aspects, there are some limitations that need to be
overcome so that Vietstar company can change and develop further. Along with the
internship process and the knowledge I have learned, I have boldly offered a number
of ideas, recommendations, and solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the
recruitment team. Due to limited qualifications and inexperience in this field, my
internship report will inevitably contain defects, and errors in content and form, so I
look forward to receiving comments and instructions from teachers so that my report
will be completed further. recruitment is getting more and more complete.
Finally, I would like to thank Hoa Sen University and Vietstar Group Joint
