Research Analysis
1. Solution
The main goals of the solution were clearly defined such as reducing the amount of data, processing
them, reducing the workload for the operator. These goals will be the core of the project and follow
through to the end of the project.
The project scope laid out the work to be done throughout the project including a detailed time plan, the
project took place within 3 months but most of the time it was about putting the system to the test. A
face-to-face, online communication plan was planned, making them a daily task. However, the plan may
suffer in reality but it is not too big.
The risk plan has covered most of the possible risks including both natural and man-made, they are also
assessed in quite detail and provide suitable solutions. It will help to better manage the project, promptly
solve the problems encountered.
Resources such as people, tools are listed but it is not detailed. Cost estimates have been provided based
on the above plans but are rather sketchy.
A WBS was given to outline the entire project including 4 main phases. The Gantt chart includes a time
plan for the project covering a relative period of about 3 months. It plays an important role in the project
but still needs further editing to match reality.
Basically, the project plans are enough to carry out the project.

The main purpose of the interview is to get subjective information of the interviewee, to find out the
knowledge and understanding of the interviewee for the project. Basically, the questions have been
divided into 2 categories: closed and open. There are two types of interviewees: employees and experts.
For professionals, find out more knowledge, information about the project, get advice. For employees,
learn their basic understanding as well as their knowledge of the project or technology. Interview has
fulfilled its main role.
b. Data of quatitative research
The main purpose of the survey is to get the project metrics after user testing. It asks closed questions
about metrics and gets back user comments along with future improvement.

Most are system administrators (staff), in addition there are experts and interns (Closed question).

Basically the system has high accuracy in weather prediction (Closed question)..

Figure 3: Survey question (3)

The project reduced the amount of input data stored by at least 70% compared to before, which is an
impressive number (Closed question)..

Figure 4: Survey question (4)

AI also helps reduce human resources to operate and manage the system (Closed question).

Figure 5: Survey question (5)

Ultimately improving in the future, the problem is speed in real time, accuracy (Opened question)..
The survey questions have obtained the necessary information from users to be able to make statistics
and report data. Ensure data is objective and in-depth.
3. Secondary research
Academic papers have been summarized to document the development of the project. They are used as
a reference because the projects are similar. Need to refer to the project on AI related to medical data
and its advantages in the real system. In particular, find out the problems that exist in the reality of the
system for the project to overcome or avoid.

4. Information from the research
From primary research, the information obtained is the project's feasibility, advantages, disadvantages,
development options as well as user requirements of the project. Their benefits are the user's subjective
view of the technology, the direction of the project and the user's understanding of them, its relevance.

7

Next, the survey gives information about the project's data after the test period. It is the result of the
actual application of the project, the information is essential for the evaluation and development process
later.
From secondary research, the information given will become a reference for the system such as
advantages, disadvantages, problems that cannot be handled and similar systems in reality.
II.
Recommendations
1. Summary about system
The "Climate Management AI" system is a system that uses AI technology to manage real-time data and
make judgments on behalf of weather experts. The system will be integrated into the current system, it
takes real-time weather data, then checks those data, gets the necessary, important data for each different
behavior, based on data to make judgments and send to experts for validation. Technological algorithms
will be used to learn the data, increasing its accuracy over time. Remove redundant data to avoid wasting
memory.
2. List of features
The key features of the project management process are problem collection and analysis, a roadmap,
user perspective capture, reference collection, logbook management, project capture and development.
project by evaluating and giving directions for the future.
Problem collection and analysis: The process of collecting data and analyzing problems related to a
project with the main purpose of developing a solution and a clear plan for the project.
A roadmap: Provides a plan of the project management and construction process with the aim of setting
out directions throughout the project.

Capture users' perspectives: qualitative and quantitative data collection helps to understand users' views
on the project based on the information they provide through interviews and surveys.
Collecting references: a secondary research process that collects information from similar projects in
order to find multiple references.
Logbook: is a detailed record of activities in project management to help easily manage project
development plans.
Project overview: based on the above information, assessments and future development directions help
managers to cover the project and its next development.
3. Advantages and disadvantages
Advantages:

8

Clear roadmap (increasing efficiency, quality): tasks such as collecting and analyzing information
will be clearly planned. It is the best roadmap for the project, brings logic when doing work, easily
accomplishes the set goals, based on it can grasp the progress time, finish the phases of the project.
project.
Understanding more about users (increasing efficiency, quality): with primary research, user
requirements for the project can be collected, otherwise unnecessary functions will be eliminated. .
It will help build an application that is most suitable for users, avoiding wasting time, resources, and

human resources.
Good reference source (increasing quality, reducing costs): secondary research provides a lot of
reference information to help find the advantages and best methods that other projects have
successfully applied. Avoid the problems faced by the previous project.
The construction routes are recorded in the logbook for easier management, capture the actions in
the plan, can be changed in time, helping to increase performance.
Future development is easy because there are assessments and directions for development.

Basically, efficiency and quality are the biggest benefits that the management process brings, besides it
also reduces a part of the cost of the project..
Disadvantages:

Some obvious disadvantages are the large time, it takes time to fully implement the plan, not to skip
any plan, even more delay time.
 An unclear plan can destroy the entire project or bring bad results.
 It is necessary to ask questions that are suitable for the purpose of primary research, to avoid wasting
resources and time.

Final report

The jobs done are:
Based on all the reviews and comments, I have developed a final
report. It evaluates the entire project as well as the management
process. Record the logbook of the stages and provide direction for
future development based on the data of processes such as research.
Time: Not expired.
Status: completed.
Difficulty: None.
Change occurred: None.

The system implementation plan logs were noted, the duration of the whole project was 8 weeks.
2. Evaluation of the research result.
The results of the interview and survey have collected very useful information for my project. The
necessary information and data were collected including open and closed information, helping to
contribute to the development of the project. Based on the information of the research, I already know
what functionality the system needs to add and what needs to be improved along with the requests from

11

the users, the problems that we could not detect. The importance of research is enormous for every
project.
Overview: information from the study shows that the system has met its original purpose, which is an
application for weather data management, user comments show that the system's accuracy level is high,
complete can completely replace humans in the future. However, some functions need to be improved
to be more optimal.

Through this project, I learned a lot of project management skills.
Building plans: I was able to develop plans such as project scope, communication, timing, etc. Along
with that is time management skills for the entire project, making a schedule for the whole team. I can
also manage resources like a human, giving a cost estimate for the project. Next is the WBS and Gantt
chart. Any project needs these blueprints, so learning them will make building future projects easier.
Primary research is a necessary document to seek information from users for the development of the
project. I learned qualitative and quantitative methods with Interview and survey. I already know how
to come up with open and closed learning sentences suitable for the problem. Apply them to data analysis
and figure out what's needed.
Secondary research provides me with the necessary materials for reference and direction for my project.
It tells me the advantages and disadvantages of technology and real projects, adding knowledge to my
projects.
I also learned how to build a logbook for the project so that the roadmap has been made with their
contents.
Regarding future plans for troubleshooting: re-read the secondary research report to find solutions to
existing system problems and review user requirements for functions and remedy, if any.
Summary: I already know how to build a project management plan according to a certain roadmap with
high efficiency along with data research methods. Especially the ability to manage the plans that have
been set out with the project.
