UNIT7: Work:

Have you ever worked part time?

No, I have a little free time so I want to spend my time on studying.

Because it's quite difficult for me to focus on studying, sometimes I can't arrange the time
between studying and working. but when i am ready in the future i will get myself a part time job

What kind of job do you want to do in the future?

I want to be a logistics sales staff to work in a logistics company because I find this job very
relevant(suitable) to the major that I studied in college as well as myself
What have you been doing to prepare for your future job?
I have been trying to study hard to get a good certificate of this school. Besides, I’m learning
for Toeic test, computing skills and some soft skills and doing volunteer works…

What do you do to get ready for a job interview?

I always read the job interview on the internet, learn how to write a CV (in English and
Vietnamese) and practice to answer some formal questions in a job interview.

UNIT 8: Technology:
- What invention do you think is useful for your study?

I think mobile phone is useful for my study it helps me search anything for studying and
because it is small and portable( hand help objects) so I can study anywhere at any time with just
a phone and internets

What do you usually do on the Internet?


I usually look for information and listen to music Because in this one thing I do every day to
supplement my knowledge and the other is my leisure hobby.
- Do you prefer using a mobile phone or a laptop to study online?
I prefer using my computer to study online because I can use my material in it for my study
and it’s easy to see my teacher’s lessons

Do you know any famous inventor?
I know some famous inventors such as
Alexander Graham Bell invented the first telephone,
Thomas Edison invented the electric light bulb
Alessandro Volta invented the first battery

Unit 9: Holidays:

- What activities do you like to do when you are on holiday?
I love the sea so If I go on holiday at the seaside, I like Walking along the seaside picking
up snails and shells, enjoying the sun on your body and the water under your feet. In the evening,
watch the sunset and have a seafood party on the sea.

What kind of accommodation do you like to stay in when you are on holiday?

When I go on holiday, I like staying at hotels with family and friends because it's cheap
and sharing a hotel room helps us connect more, have more fun.
-Have you ever had any problems on holiday?
Yes, I have had some problems such as it rained all the time or we got lost when we go
sightseeing. the above two things have affected my holiday experience when the trip planning
did not go perfectly because of not enough time.

Do you prefer travelling in a group or on your own?

I prefer travelling in a group because it’s funny. We can share travelling experiences to
each other, we can do many interesting activities in group. Especially, travelling in a group is
safer than travelling on my own.

Unit10: PRODUCTS:
- What is the last thing you bought online?


The last thing I bought is a make-up remover because I used it all so I bought a new ones
because makeup remover helps our skin clean and healthy from bacteria, so I think this is a very
useful thing for everyone, everyone should try using it.
-How important do you think logos are?
They make us remember products , identify the brand quickly and strongly, attract new
customers to get to know your company, easy to distinguish from other company… The above
not only helps enterprise easily identify, but also helps customers choose the right product for them from
the attraction of the logo.

-Which websites do you visit when you want to buy things such as clothes, shoes, and books?
They’re Tiki, Lazada, Shoppee but shoppee is the place i visit the most when shopping

because of the variety of goods, affordable prices as well as customer service

What do you think makes one website better than another?

The website with the up-to-date content and no adverts on the top or the side of the
screen is better than another. In addition, quality customer service also plays an important role in
creating a successful website.
Unit 11: HISTORY:

Do you often play video games with your friends?

No, I don’t. I’m busy with my study and because I don't like playing games instead of
playing games I prefer reading stories and listening to music, playing games makes me feel very
bored

What sorts of game are popular in your country?

I think The popular games in Vietnam are First person shooter (FPS), Role playing game
(RPG), Real time strategy (RTS), Sport game, Casual or Puzzle because I see many people
around me playing these games.

Do you think that video games are bad for you?
i don't like to play games so it's hard to get caught up in video games without studying
properly or addicted to games, so i find it not a problem for me but instead i easily get
caught up in the above stories the internet makes me waste time

What historical place in Vietnam have you ever visited?

The historical place in Vietnam I have visited is Cu Chi tunnels I have experienced
interesting things here such as going through the Cu Chi tunnels, visiting the wildlife rescue
station and experiencing interesting water games.


Unit 12: NATURE:

If you could live in another country, where would you move to?

If I could live in another country, I would move to Sweden, the place closest to where I want
to live in my dreams. It's cold here but in the summer it's warm, with great benefits and a
relaxing work environment. In addition, this place also contains one of my childhood dreams
that is to see the aurora.

If you won a lot of money, would you stop working / studying?

If I won a lot of money, I wouldn’t stop working/studying because if I didn’t work, I would
run out of money some day but I would donate some money to local charities to help poor or sick
people.

What is your favorite animal?

My favorite animal is the wolf, I am impressed by their beauty and wisdom. Wolves are like

warriors in the wild, they live under the leadership of the pack leader, they are very intelligent in
hunting and fighting.

Have you ever visited a zoo?

Yes, I have, I visted the city zoo 2 years ago. It's been a long time since I went to the zoo but
I still remember and love the animals here, the wolves are very cool, monkeys climb quickly,
giraffes are nice and friendly. Tigers and lions look aggressive and strong.

A pair of students will be asked to discuss on problems and solutions in a meeting for 02
minutes.

Card A - Student A: You are the zoo manager and will lead the meeting.

Reason for responding positively to B’s suggestion: Companies will support this plan

see animals in real life, not in their books

Maybe, if I have a good salary here.
