Letter of complaint

Dear Chairman of the residential committee,
I am writing to express my extreme dismay at the noise nuisance made by my
new next-door neighbor.
I live in T9 building, apartment 123. Mr.Firguson who resides in apartment 125
keeps making noise at noon since he moved in. Every day, my family is
subjected to hours and hours of loud music. This hinders my husband’s sleep
quality and work productivity as he has night shift. To handle this problem, I
requested him to lower the music many times. Despite his repeated assurances,
the situation does not appear to be improving. Furthermore, he throw late-night
parties every Tuesday and Saturday, with the noise sometimes lasts until 3 am.
The noise reverberating around the corridor has impeded my daughter’s
concentration on her studies. My family, as well as my neighbors, prefers a
tranquil atmosphere to one that is seriously disrupting our lives.
To resolve these issues, I would like you to get in touch with him and facilitate a
solution. Might I suggest that you give him a proper punishment in accordance
with the local legislation. I hope that the noise problem will be resolved in two
weeks, otherwise I will have no choice but to take stronger measures against him
