MODAU
Viec du doan phan bo cua mot loai c6 y nghla v6 ciing quan trgng trong cong tac quan li va
bao t6n cac loai dgng thuc vat trong thien nhien vi vay da c6 nhieu nha nghien ciru xay dy-ng cac
loai mo hinh khac nhau de phuc vu muc dich nay. DiSm chung cua cac mo hinh phan Ijo loai la
sir dung moi quan he giua nhung ylu to moi truong va thong tin ghi nhan dugc ve su ton tai ciia
loai dS xac dinh cac dieu kien moi truang phii hgp vai sir phat trien cua loai do. Bai bao nay giai


thieu phuang phap tiSp can mo hinh de phan tich sinh khi hau du doan viing phan bo ciia loai, doi
tugng nghien ciru la loai Sao la a Viet Nam. Mo hinh phan bo loai dugc xay dung dua tren ca so li
thuySt v^ sir thich nghi sinh thai. Cac di^u kien sinh thai thich hgp ciia loai dugc mo hinh hoa de
du bao viing phan b6 cua loai tren ca so phuong phap, cong cu du bao dia sinh hgc.
Sao la {Pseudoryx nghetinhensis) la loai thu mong gu6c, dugc phat hien vao nhtrng nam
cuoi ciia thS ky XX, tai Vu Quang, Ha TTnh. Sao la dugc xgp vao bac cue ki nguy cap (CR) ciia
lUCN va Viet Nam. Nhung nghien cuu ve sinh thai sinh hgc ciia Sao la hau nhu rat it do Sao la
mai dugc phat hien va so lugng ca
Xhk.
Sao la con rit it trong tu nhien.
2.
CO SO LI THUYET
Cac buac chinh dk xay dung va danh gia mo hinh phan b6 cua mot loai cua Pearson (2007)
dugc the hien trong hinh I.
Co hai loai dir lieu diu vao can c6: (1) Cac thong tin ve phan bo loai; (2) Cac thong so moi
truang.
Cac thong so moi truang dang tho (vi du nhu thong so do im hang ngay thu tai tram khi
tugng) se dugc xir li thanh du- lieu diu vao phii hgp voi mo hinh. Can phai kiem tra do chinh xac
ciia dir lieu ngay tir buoc nay.
Co sa de xay dung mo hinh phan b6 loai la vi tri cac di^m ghi nhan (quan sat) loai, tir do
cung cip thong tin ve sinh canh song ciia loai.
Cac ghi nhan ve loai va nhung thong s6 moi truong dugc dua vao cac ham so mo hinh de
xac djnh nhirng diSu kien moi truang phii hgp vai su ton tai ciia loai.
Da dam bao cac mo hinh cho ket qua toi uu, se c6 nhieu dap an va phep thir dugc dua ra.
Mire do quan trgng ciia cac thong s6 moi truang dugc danh gia trong buac nay.
Ban do du bao phan bo loai. Day la buac kiem tra kha nang du bao phan b6 ciia mo hinh.
Nhung diem ghi nhan loai khong dugc su dung trong mo hinh se dugc su dung nhu nhung du
lieu kiem tra doc lap.

cua loai tai nhtrng nai loai chua tirng dugc ghi nhan.

SO LIEU VA PHAN MEM
3.1.
So lieu
Diem phan bo Sao la: cac diem ghi nhan c6 Sao La trong nhirng nghien ciru truac day
(Nguyen Xuan Dang va cong su, 2007) dugc sir dung lam so lieu dau vao ciia mo hinh tinh toan.
Cac lap so lieu sinh khi hau Viet Nam (nhiet do trung binh nam, chenh lech nhiet do theo
miia, lugng mua trung binh nam ) dugc lay tir Atlat Viet Nam (Bg Khoa hgc va Cong nghe,
2005),
cac tram quan trac ciia Viet Nam va tham khao nguon so lieu tai cac tram sinh khi hau the
giai ( sau do dugc quy chuan ve He tga do WGS 84, 6
so 48, so lieu dugc luu trtr a dang Grid ASCII. BIOCLIM.
Ban do tham thuc vat rirng Viet Nam dugc xay dung tir anh ve tfnh Landsat ETM 2005 va
tham khao tir nguon so lieu dieu tra rirng nam 2005 ciia Cue Kiem lam, Bg Nong nghiep va Phat
trien nong thon.

3.2.
Phan mem
- Phan mem ARC GIS phien ban 9.1 diing de chinh li, chuan hoa, chong ghep va phan tich
thong tin.
- Phan mem MaxEnt phien ban 3.2.1 dugc sir dung de xay dung mo hinh phan bo loai.

KET QUA

4.1.
Mo hinh dy bao vung phan bo cua Sao la.
Nhan to dau vao ciia mo hinh gom cac lap sinh khi hau, trong do moi nhan to sinh khi hau
dugc xep hang mire do quan trgng tir tat ca cac diem ghi nhan, tir do thiet lap bg so lieu phan
hang (ki hieu KHC) mire do quan trgng ciia cac nhan to. KHC bien thien tir mire do thap nhat tai
cao nhat (tuang irng tir 0,05 tai 0,95). Gia tri ciia cac nhan to khi hau a moi vj tri dugc dem so
sanh vai KHC.
Neu tai mot vi tri tat ca cac nhan to khi hau rai vao khoang KHC, vi tri do dugc cho la
thuan Igi doi vai su ton tai ciia loai. Neu gia tri cua mot hay nhieu nhan to nam ngoai KHC (tir
0 - 5% hoac tir 95 - 100%) nhung van nam trong khoang dao dgng ciia day cac nhan to, vi tri do
dugc cho la khong thuan Igi doi vai sir phan bo loai. Neu gia tri cua 1 hay nhieu nhan to nam
ngoai khoang dao dgng vi tri do dugc cho la viing khong phan bo.

Sir dung MaxEnt de mo phong viing phan bo ciia Sao la a Mien Trung Viet Nam vai cac
nhan to moi truang. Kha nang du doan ciia MaxEnt nam trong khoang tir 0 - 1. Hinh 2 la ban do
mo phong viing phan bo ciia Sao la do mo hinh dua ra. Co tong so 16.074 pixel (chiem 4,92%
trong tong 326.671 pixel) nam trong khoang c6 dieu kien sinh khi hau thich hgp vai sir phan bo
cua Sao la, tuong ling vai dien tich 1.607.400 ha viing mau den (hinh 2a).
Vting thich hgp cho su phan bo cua Sao La thugc 8 tinh: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha TTnh.
Quang Binh, Quang Trj, Thira Thien Hue ,Da Nang va Quang Nam. Sao la la loai thu rat nhiit
nhat, chi bat gap trong cac sinh canh rirng thuang xanh, nhtrng nai it c6 tac dgng cua con nguai

(Nguyen Xuan Dang va cong su, 2007). Xay dung ma tran tuong tac giira mo hinh du doan viing
phan bo Sao la va tham thuc vat riing thuang xanh thu dugc 4 kha nang khac nhau phu thuoc
vao vi tri trong ma tran;
Gia trj = 0 tuang irng vai nhQ-ng viing khong c6 tham thuc vat va viing khong phan bo.
Gia trj = 1 tuang irng vai nhtrng viing c6 tham thuc vat va viing khong phan bo ciia mo
hinh hoac khong c6 tham thuc vat nhung mo hinh du doan thich hgp cho su phan bo Sao la.
Gia trj = 2 tuong irng vai nhtrng viing c6 tham thuc vat va viing thich hop cho sir phan bo
Sao la.

Nam (229.366 ha), Nghe An (212.261 ha), Thira Thien Hue (155.761 ha) Quang Trj (82.989 ha^
va Ha TTnh (76.987 ha). Tinh Thanh Hoa va Da Ning c6 dien tich thich hop^cho Sao la nho
(duai 30.000ha).
- Hai tinh Quang Binh va Thira Thien Hue c6 ti le dien tich thich hgp cho Sao la cao nhit

(> 31%). Hai tinh Quang Nam va Da Ning c6 ti le dien tich thich hgp cho Sao la cao (> 20%).
Tinh Thanh Hoa c6 dien tich thich hgp cho Sao la nho (8.371 ha) chiem 0,76% dien tich tu
nhien nam a khu vuc giap bien giai Viet Lao. Ba tinh Nghe An (12,88%), Ha TTnh (9,27%) va
Quang Tri (17,5%) c6 ti le dien tich thich hgp nho vi dien tich tu nhien ciia tinh Ion (hinh 3).
Hien trang bao ton Da dang sinh hgc noi chung, Sao la noi rieng tai Mien trung the hien:
- Viing thich hgp cho Sao La nam trong 13 tren 15 khu bao ton thien nhien a Mi8n trung.

dien tich 314.044 ha, chiSm 30% dien tich thich hgp. Co 10/15 khu bao ve (VQG va Khu Bao
ton)

ti le dien tich thich hgp cho su phan bo cua Sao la tren 30%. Cac khu bao ve c6 dien tich
thich hgp Ian nhit gom: Phong Nha - Ke Bang (81.901 ha), Pii Mat (45.093 ha), Pii Huong
(32.540 ha) va Vu Quang (29.346 ha); day ciing la bon khu bao ve dugc xac nhan c6 sir phan bo
ciia Sao la. Ba khu bao ve gom Ben En, Khe Net va Ke Go khong thich hgp cho sir phan bo ciia
Sao la, dieu nay phii hgp vai cac ket qua dieu tra da dang sinh hgc trong nhirng nam truoc day
(bang 3).
- Sir dung cong cu GIS va ket qua du bao tir mo hinh phan bo de thiet ke khu bao ton Sao la
thugc tinh Quang Nam (tren ca sa cac tieu chi nhu: do Ian ciia Khu bao ton (27.129,19 ha); ti le
dien tich phii hgp cho Sao la (75,35%) phii hgp vai ket qua dieu tra khao sat da dang sinh hgc
truac day ciia Nguyen Xuan Dang va cong sir (2007) (hinh 4, hinh 5).
- Viing CO dieu kien sinh khi hau thich hgp cho Sao la thugc khong gian thiet ke bao ton
bao phii toan bg dien tich khu bao ve du kien (100%). Viing c6 dieu kien sinh khi hau thich hgp
cho Sao la va c6 riing thuang xanh che phu thugc khong gian thiet ke bao ton rong 20.441 ha,
chiem 75,35%.

KET LUAN
Mo hinh phan bo Sao la a Viet Nam dugc xay dung vai so lieu dau vao la cac lap thong tin
ve dieu kien sinh khi hau cua Viet Nam va diem ghi nhan Sao la trong cac nghien ciru truac day.
Day la 2 nguon so lieu dau vao bat buoc de phan mem Maxent (Maximum Lntropy) xay dung
mo hinh phan bo loai. Mo hinh phan bo dugc xay dung tren ca sa li thuyet ciia Pearson 2007.
Viing thich hgp cho sir phan bo ciia Sao la thugc 8 tinh Miijn Trung tir Thanh Hoa toi
Quang Nam. Dien tich thich hgp viing phan bo ciia Sao la chiem 16.09% dien tich tu nhien ciia 8
tinh. Hai tinh Quang Binh va Thira Thien Hue c6 ti le dien tich thich hgp cho Sao la cao tren
31%.
Viing thich hgp cho Sao La nSm trong 13 khu bao ton thien nhien chiem 30% tong dien tich
du bao. 10/15 khu bao ve c6 ti le dien tich thich hgp > 30%. Cac khu bao ve c6 dien tich thich
hgp Ian nhat gom: Phong Nha, Ke Bang (81.901 ha), Pii Mat (45.093 ha), Vu Quang (29.346 ha)
va Pii Huong (32.540 ha). Ba khu bao ve gom: Ben En. Khe Net va Ke Go khong thich hgp cho
Sao la.
Khu bao ve de xu3t nhSm bao ton nguyen vi Sao la tai tinh Quang Nam c6 dien tich
27.129ha, nSm hoan toan trong viing c6 dieu kien sinh khi hau thich hgp cho Sao la. Khu bao ton
du kien c6 20.441 ha rirng chiem 75,35% dien tich.
Viec sir dung mo hinh phan b6 loai tich hgp vai cac cong cu GIS, cac viing phan bo va du
bao phan bo ciia Sao la dugc th^ hien mot each true quan, giiip cac nha quan li bao ton dua ra
quy6t dinh phii hgp. Viec xay dung mot hanh lang bao ve noi lien cac Khu bao ve hien c6, dac
bi^t la Khu bao ve dk xuat d^ bao ton loai Sao la khong chi ho trg tich cue cho loai bi de doa
tuyet chung, ma con mang lai Igi ich bao ton cho nhieu loai dac hiru trong khu vuc mien Trung
nhu Mang Ian Muntiacus vuquangensis, Mang Truang San Muntiacus triiongsonensis va Tho

van Nesolagus timminsi. Mo hinh khong chi c6 y nghia doi vai du bao phan bo cua loai Sao la
ma con la cong cu de du bao doi vai cac loai dgng vat khac, dac biet la viec du bao doi vai
nhirng loai sinh vat ngoai lai.

SUMMARY
APPLICATION GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) TO BUILD
SPECIES DISTRIBUTION MODELING, CASE STUDY SAO LA
PSEUDORYX NGHETINHENSIS

Predicting species' distributions has become an important component of conservation
planning and a wide variety of modeling techniques have been developed for this purpose. In
this article, GIS software and modeling software called MaxEnt version 3.2.1 are used to
develop the distribution modeling of Sao La {Pseudoryx nghetinhensis) in Vietnam. The input
data is records of Sao La in previous studies and GIS layers.
Appropriate areas for the development of Sao la species locate in 8 provinces in the Central
Vietnam, from Thanh Hoa to Quang Nam which occupy 16.09% the total area of these
provinces. 30%) of the appropriate areas are Protected Areas (13 PA) in which Phong Nha - Ke
Bang (81901 ha), Pu Mat (45093 ha), Pu Huong (32540 ha) and Vu Quang (29346 ha) are
among the large ones. Ben En, Khe Net and Ke Go are not appropriate for Sao la development.
Using modeling and GIS technology, the species distribution and predicted species
distribution is displayed clearly. The development of a corridor connecting Protected Areas in
the region, especially the creation of proposed Protected Areas for Sao la will benefit not only
these species, but also the suite of associated endemic species found in the region.
This distribution modeling is not only a technique to predict the distribution area of Sao la
but also to be a application technical to predict for other mammal species, especially predicting
the area of invasive species.
