you have a little spare time, it is advisable to have a hobby because of the emotional,

of similar interests will enable you to make friends more easily. This helps improve your

Interviewer: Today we invited Jason Anders from American Youth to give us some advice
on camping trips. Jason, what should we bring on a camping trip?
Jason: The first thing is shelter. We don’t often forget the tents (laughing) but quite often we
forget to bring some ground cover. If not, you’ll sleep on the cold, wet soil.
Interviewer: Oh yeah right. What else?
Jason: If you camp in the mountain, the temperature often drops at night. So, bring a

I had very bad stomachache three days ago. It was awful. I went out for dinner and ate fish.
I don’t think the fish was fresh because I got really sick in the middle of the night. Luckily, I
had some medicine in the house because I had the same problem once before. I didn’t go to
the doctor. I just took the medicine and I feel much better today.
