INTRODUCTION

1. Rationale
Currently, there are billions of Internet users in the world. In Vietnam, more than
thirty million people know and regularly use the Internet, accounting for about a third of the
population. The Internet changes every approach and perception of billions of people.
Vietnam's Internet has made great progress and had a strong impact on all aspects of today's

sodial life. The Internet has played an "indispensable" role in parallel with the country's
socio-economic development. Thanks to the Internet, you can search for information easily.
Connect with all the people around the world without barriers. Making friends, getting used
to maintaining a relationship also becomes easier. In Vietnam, it is easy to see that the
Internet has crept into all corners of life, even a farmer, a worker, a student, an engineer, a
doctor and a worker can find information on the Internet. According to the Vietnam Internet
Network Information Center, Vietnam ranks 12th out of 20 countries in terms of the largest
number of Internet users in the world, 10th in Asia and 2nd in Southeast Asia. Due to the
availability of Internet access, people are more and more dependent on everyday activities.
Therefore, the Internet has become an important milestone, of Internet users in Vietnam is
very high, Vietnamese users spend an average of 7 hours a day participating in Internetrelated activities and spend 2 hours and 33 minutes using the social media, 2 hours and 31
minutes watching streams or online videos and 1 hour and 11 minutes listening to music.
Due to the availability of Internet access, people are more and more dependent on everyday
activities. Therefore, the Internet has become an important milestone, influencing many
customer decisions. This has led to the fact that the online promotion of products, brands or
sales is something that any businesses or organizations need to do to operate effectively.
Taking advantage of the online marketing market, businesses or organizations have seized
opportunities and developed online marketing policies to attract customers to their products.
Therefore, online marketing has been becoming a crucial part of successful business stories
in this modern technology era. Many companies have already created competitive advatages
by using this technology.
Online marketing offers businesses a transparent outlet for measuring and assessing
the performance of the company's marketing and advertising strategies. Not to mention, it
provides a level and cost-effective playing field for the company to compete with
competitors.
Over the past three years, Vietnam has witnessed the success of social media as a
new tool for businesses access to markel and target customers through forms of online
marketing. The benefits of online marketing for Vietnam's business include the ability to
reach large target customers, the ability to reach potential customers all over the world, and
the ability to customize the marketing for different sectors of the target customers.

In order to improve the company's sales efficiency to help the company increase sales,
online marketing is one of the most important activities


Faced with that situation, it is necessary for Skyblue Production Trading Investment
JSC to renew policies and find directions, applications and solutions to improve the ability
to apply Online Marketing in business activities. company in the face of fierce competition
among companies.
From the reasons mentioned above, I learned and researched the characteristies of
online markeling activities of Skyblue Production Trading Investment JSC and proposed a
solution to improve online marketing strategies at the company.
The title of my internship report topic is: "POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO
IMPROVE ONLINE MARKETING STRATEGIES AT SKYBLUE PRODUCTION
TRADING INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY”.
2. Aims of the study
- Research on the rationale of Online Marketing strategies in the business.
- Analyze the situation of online marketing strategies at Skyblue Production Trading
Investment JSC.
- Find a suitable online marketing solution to enhance it promoting the company's
brand, products and services that help it improve its competitiveness and search effective
target market.

Production Trading Investment JSC.

1.2. The process of foundation and development
In the process of building and developing the country, the construction industry
always plays an important role, but our country is on the rise, so basic construction plays a
very important role. Skyblue Production Trading Investment JSC was also established with
the need to develop the country's facilities.
Skyblue Production Trading Investment Joint Stock Company is a joint stock
company. Having full legal status in accordance with the law of Vietnam. Having its own
seal, independent of assets, being allowed to open domestic and foreign bank accounts in
accordance with the Law. Self-responsibility for business results, independent economic
accounting and financial autonomy. Having its own balance sheet, which is funded
according to the provisions of Law and resolutions of the Board of Directors.
Skyblue Production Trading Investment Joint Stock Company was established with
the function manufacturing, trading, importing and exporting textiles for profit, for social
benefits economic efficiency, implementation of division of labor. international activities,
contribute completing plans, contributing to the implementation of economic strategies of
the Company in particular and of Hai Duong province in general.
In parallel with the production and export of products made from domestic and
imported raw materials and accessories, the Company also performs export processing
contracts with many customers in many other countries (China, Taiwan, India, Korea...).
Through the implementation of export processing contracts, it has contributed to creating
more jobs for employees, contributing to increasing the export turnover of the Company in
recent years.
The trend of the world market is increasingly focused on product quality, the
requirements for design and product quality are increasingly strict, with today's apparel


fashion, customers no longer want to buy tailor-made goods. As simple as before, they
require products to be decorated, color-coordinated, printed, embroidered... Better products,
easier to consume. With the current shirt product, customers require the product to be

manufactured with higher quality fabric, the fabric surface is more durable after washing,
and the product must be decorated with embroidered and printed motifs... flowers, color
combinations. In order to increasingly grasp the strict tastes of foreign customers, in recent
years the Company has actively exploited new investment capital and added a number of
machinery and equipment.
1.3. The major field of operation
The company specializes in manufacturing main products: Garment (except fur
clothing).
The garment products the Company usually produces include:

Dresses of all kinds

Pants of all kinds

Shirts of all kinds

Other sewing products
Skyblue Production Trading Investment Joint Stock Company produces for domestic
export and consumption in two ways:

Receiving package processing: in this form, the company receives raw
materials from the company that signs a contract with the customer to process the finished
product and return it to the customer.

Domestic production: The company carries out the entire production and
business process manufacturing enterprises to consume products to serve domestic demand.
The scope of the Company's production and business activities is not limited to any
market. Skyblue Production Trading Investment Joint Stock Company was established in
accordance with the law.
Complying with labor discipline, maintaining environmental hygiene and constantly

improving the welfare of employees, bringing benefits to the Company in the coming years.
1.4. Organizational structure of the company
1.4.1. Organizational structure
The company's management apparatus plays a very important role in production and
business efficiency. A compact machine, efficient production management is the criterion
that the management apparatus of the enterprise towards.
The organizational structure of the Company is a functional online structure
consisting of the General Director, Deputy Directors and specialized departments,
management, shops, and production plants.

1.4.2 Functions and duties of department
Director
As the heads of operations and management of the company. The Board of Directors
is responsible for making business strategies, deciding on investment plans and
solutions for market development. Executive and manage all business activities of
the company, take responsibility before the law for the exercise of the rights of the
company. Training and professional guidance for the center staff and establishing
relationships with domestic and foreign partners.
Vice - Dricter

Assisting the Director in the management and administration of the company'
sactivities as assigned by the Director.

Proactive and positive development, implementation and tasks assigned to the
Director responsible for the efficiency of operations.
Administration department

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business. Their
duties include hiring staff members, leading department meetings and communicating with
upper- management to implement new policies and procedures among daily operations.

Responsible for managing the employee lifecycle (i.e. hiring, onboarding,
training, and firing employees) and managing employee benefits.

Is the recruitment department to receive labor to meet the requirements of the

business. Organize the signing of labor contracts in accordance with the provisions of the
Company and the Labor Law.
Human resources department



Implementation of strategy, annual budgets, work plans of each month to the
Department Director - General for approval.

Implement and monitor marketing programs on the channel, activities to
support distributors, agents, and retailers.

Synthesize and collect information, production and business ideas periodically

from customers and consumers in order to improve service capacity and develop brand
value as well as research products and trends of competitors to advise on the development of
new products, product development orientations and key customers for the company....
Import and export material planning

Responsible for collecting enough materials or selecting suitable suppliers to
serve the entire construction activities of the enterprise.

Carrying out international trade transactions, foreign trade operations in the
field of export, directly implementing business contracts of the Company, in charge of
import and export business items.

Develop strategies as well as import and export plans for the whole company
in accordance with the development strategy of the garment industry.

Conduct contact activities, negotiate, negotiate, sign contracts with domestic
and foreign customers related to import and export activities.

Carry out import and export operations including: carrying out registration
procedures, making dossiers of import and export documents, forwarding import and export
goods, liquidating import and export contracts with customers and customs authorities,
performing other import and export operations.
The departments and divisions of the company often have to work closely with each
other to well handle the assigned tasks. The officers and employees of the company always
act on the spirit of teamwork to serve customers in the best way. In addition to the assigned
tasks, the company's staffs are constantly trying to research and learn to improve their
professional skills. Along with the interest of the company's leadership in training support.


The company's employees are a strong, professional team that is better and better

responding to the requirements of customers.

In 2021, the world economy will continue to suffer negative consequences due to the
prolonged Covid-19 pandemic with the appearance of many new variations, hindering the
recovery of the world and Vietnam's economies. However, the company still strives to
maintain positive growth, an increase of 6% is a great success in maintaining business
growth.
According to data from Accounting department of Skyblue Production Trading
Investment Joint Stock Company, total assets in 2022 reached VND 5.555.230.725.294, a
increase of VND 220.211.896.714 compared to 2021. At the end of 2021, net revenue of the
company reached VND 5.319.212.224.682, an increase of VND 197.135.374.512.
However, net profit from operating activities has decreased from VND 317,092,853,883 in
2021 to VND 280,242,913,579 in 2022 which is a decrease of VND 36,849,940,304.
The factors that drove the increase in revenue:
- The company expanded the domestic market by loosening sales policies, thereby
maintaining old customers and expanding many new customers.


- The company strengthens discount policies, through which sales volume is
promoted.
- The company expands its sales channel by exporting to foreign markets.
- Invest in more production lines to increase output and product quality.
However, with the economy still facing many difficulties, the company's annual
revenue increase was an encouraging thing.

From the calculation of this index, the company will make policies on product prices
as well as sales programs in accordance with capital costs to optimize profits, expand and
develop the market. This index is also used by the company to compare companies in the
same industry, companies with higher gross profit margins mean they are controlling costs
better than competitors.

Gross profit 14.73% shows that in 2021, every 100 VND of net revenue will bring the
Company 14.73 VND in gross profit. Similar to 2022, for every 100 VND of net revenue,
14.55% will bring the Company 14.55 VND in gross profit. % Gross profit two years stable
growth. Thanks to the initiative in the source of raw materials, production capacity,
application of advanced machinery, etc..., it has had a great impact on improving the gross
profit margin for the Company.
Keeping modern production lines with the development goal is always customeroriented, the products always reach good quality. It can be said that the company has been
gradually developing and affirming its position in the domestic and foreign product
production and supply market.

- My internship position at the company: Marketing
- Internship position: I worked as an intern at the Marketing department under the
guidance of the staff in the department of experienced in the media and advertising industry.
With your help and enthusiastic support during the internship period, I had general
information about the company's organizational structure as well as more knowledge about
the operation of the company.
Marketing interns need to do the following specific tasks:
- Market research.
- Run ads, promote content.
- Going to collect data after having completed the analysis and market research, all
data is for the implementation of the plan.
- Perform work related to making and implementing plans based on previously
exploited data sources.
- Coordinate with employees in the department, division, department to understand the
operation situation and work to be done, and perform other jobs according to the assigned

2.3. Difficulties during the internship
New working environment: changing hours, different working style with students.
Before, I was used to getting up late, when I did my internship, I had to get up early and
work every day at the company during office hours. At first, I was not familiar with the
working environment, so there were still confusions about working style, I also got used to
the work and changed myself for the better.
Lack of work experience and specialized knowledge: lack of specialized knowledge
in marketing, some activities I have to research and learn to get the knowledge I want.
2.4. Experience gained
During the internship at the internship unit, I had the golden opportunity to work as a
real employee in a dynamic, friendly and challenging environment. I hone important skills
for learning and development:
The first is communication skills, which used to be one of my weak points. Now, I
am more confident when interacting with strangers.
The second is knowledge of online marketing. My major is Business English, so I
don't understand much about online marketing features, concepts and tools. After the
internship, I have a better understanding of online marketing features, concepts and tools.
The third advantage I got from this internship is my skills in using software across
platforms. It will be easier because it saves time, effort, and is easy to exchange and
communicate between team members, between the company and customers, partners, etc.
Finally, I am likely to be familiar to the pressure and stress while assigning in many
tasks at the same time. This ability is very necessary if I want to become a top officer at big
