- Describe a member in your family who you are close to
 My close family member is my sister, who is seven years older
than me. She has a bit chubby appearance. Her short black hair
falls down to her shoulders and encircles her round face. I feel
close to her because when I need to talk, I always talk to her and
she also understands what I'm talking about
- Follow-up question:
 Do you still live with your parents? Yes, Because I'm home in
Danang City.
 Who is the funniest in your family? My mother is the funniest
person in my family. She always jokes with us when we get
tired and we feel really relaxed.
2. Paper 2:
a) Part 3: Description
- Describe your favourite book
 My favorite book is The Old Man and the Sea, it is a short novel
written by Ernest Hemingway in 1951 and published in 1952.
The book talks about the difficult and drifting fishing life of
Santiago, who battled for three days and three nights with a
giant swordfish at sea. When he came back, he met sharks and
battled them with courage. I like that book because It placed
man on an equal footing with nature, affirming the active
posture of man before life full of thorns. I read it when I was 17
and in my free time I read it over and over again.
- Follow-up questions:
 Which one do you prefer, reading books or watching TV? I
prefer to watch TV, because when I read a book, my eyes are
more uncomfortable than when I watch TV

 How often do you read English book? Sometimes, When I want
to improve my vocabulary and knowledge of English, I will
read them

a) Part 3: Description
- Describe your favourite food
 Banh xeo is my favorite kind of food, It’s very popular in the
Central of Vietnam. During the summer months, I eat one every
two or three months. And during the winter months, I will eat
one a month. I can cook it if I have enough ingredients such as
flour, shrimp, meat

 What drink is the most popular in your country? Sugarcane
juice is a very popular drink in Vietnam, we can buy them at
different prices but cheap
 Do people in your country often eat out? Sure, of course. When
they are busy or having parties, they go out to eat

a) Part 3: Description
- Describe where you live
 I come from Da Nang so my home is here. It is located in Thanh
Khe district, about 7km from the university of science and
technology, It just a 15 minutes to motorbike. I live with my
parents, sister and brother. I really enjoy living there because it
is full of good memories of my family and palace I can go to
relax after a long day.

 Do you often tidy up your room/house? Sure, when I have free
time, I often clean my house.

 Do you like to live in a quite or noisy place? I prefer a quiet
place since it helps me study better.

- Describe an interesting film that you watched
 My favorite film is Aladdin, which was released in 2019 by
Disney and is based on the cartoon of the same name. The story
centres around Aladdin, the ghetto prince, Jasmine, the powerful
princess, and the genie Genie, who holds the key to changing
their future. I saw it 5 years ago when I was in 9th grade. I went
with my family to see it. We like to watch films together. I like
that movie because when I watch it, I feel very relaxed and
comfortable with the funny elements in the movie

 Do you prefer to watch film on TV at home or go to the
cinema? I prefer to watch film on TV at home because I will
have a quiet space to watch
