Agree to sign a labor contract and commit to strictly comply with the following terms:
Article 1: Term and contract work
- Type of labor contract: Indefinite term
- From March 6, 2019
- Working location: At the headquarters of ABC Food Processing Co., Ltd. - ABC Ho Chi

Minh City.
- Position: Staff
- Duties: According to the agreement committed with the employer.
Article 2: Working mode
- Working time: 8 hours/day
+ Morning: 7:00 am - 11:00 am
+ Afternoon: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- Means of transportation to work: Self-sufficient or by the company's vehicle
Article 3: Obligations and rights of employees
1. Rights:
- To be allocated and equipped with the tools required for the prescribed job conditions.

- Basic salary: X,X00,000 VND/month
- Payment method: cash or bank transfer on the 10th of each month.
- Allowance include:
+ Meal shift: X00,000 VND/month
+ Accommodation: X00,000 VND/month
+ Other allowances according to the Company's regime (if any).
- 13th month salary for employees working in the Company.
- Salary increase: According to the company's regulations
- Rest regime (weekly leave, annual leave, holidays, ...): According to the provisions of
labor law or the Company's regulations.
- Social insurance regime: According to the provisions of Vietnamese law
2. Obligations:
- Complete the work specified in the labor contract
- Comply with business executive orders, labor discipline rules, labor safety.
- Material and violation compensation if there is a loss or loss of allocated property and
tools.

Article 4: Obligations and rights of the employer
1. Obligations:
- Ensure work and fully implement labor contract commitments.
- Pay the regimes and benefits to employees in full and on time in accordance with the
labour contract, collective labor agreement (if any).
2. Obligations:
- Manage employees to complete the work according to the contract (arrange, transfer,
temporarily cease work...).
- Postponement, termination of labor contracts, employee discipline in accordance with the
provisions of law, collective labor agreement (if any) and internal labor regulations of the
enterprise.
Article 5: Terms of implementation
- If there are labor issues that are not stated in this labor contract, the provisions of the
collective agreement shall apply, in case there is no collective agreement, the provisions of
the labor law or the regulations of the Company shall apply.
- The labor contract is made into 02 copies of equal value, each party keeps one copy and
takes effect from March 6, 2019.
- This contract is made at Quang Minh Food Processing Co., Ltd.
