In this essay, I will discuss both views and offer my own thought.
On the one hand, it is essential for a city to have large, impressive buildings. First,

also a tourist attraction that generates income for the city. Next, unique buildings

contributes to the development of the city.
On the other hand, schools and hospitals should be improved. First, schools and
hospitals should be improved because it protects human health and development.
As the hospital improves, it will be provided with more modern equipment. It will
improve the quality of healing for everyone. For schools, where the future of
society is formed. Improving schools provides a better learning environment such
as supporting modern educational equipment, thus making it easier for students to
acquire more knowledge. In addition, improving schools will provide good
education that helps students and students develop skills and knowledge to
participate in a quality workforce, contributing to the country has economic

In conclusion, both have benefits. In my opinion, schools and hospitals should be
improved because health and knowledge are two important factors for that city to
