Câu 1: However, at weekends, I have much free time, so I
usually spend it on relaxing to prepare for a coming busy week.
First of all, in my free time, I like playing some sports, such as
soccer, badminton or basketball, with my friends.
Sport not only makes me stronger but also connects me with
my friends who have the same hobbies. We sometimes go
riding in order that we can combine sporting activity and
sightseeing. If the weather is not fine enough for me to hang
out with my friends, I like to read books. I have a big bookshelf
with many kinds of books but I prefer science books.
My favorite things to do in my free time is hanging out with my
friends and playing sports. I am a very outgoing person, so I
love to meet and have relaxing times with my friends at the
weekend.
We usually sit at a coffee shop to chat about our week, or we
sometimes go shopping to buy some foods and then cook them
at one of our houses. Those times are when I feel comfortable
to talk about me, and it really helps me to reduce the pressure
from the works of the entire week.
When all of my friends are busy, I choose to go to the park and
play some sports such as badminton and shuttlecock kicking.
There are always people that want to play with me, so I do not
need a partner whenever I want to play a sport.
Besides, I also go to the pool to have some fun under the water,
and I am pretty good at swimming. A week for me is so long,
but thinking of the free and good time to do whatever I like on
Saturday and Sunday gives me more strength and energy to
finish it.

Câu 2 many people, reconnecting with nature can be a fulfilling
experience. Living a busy working life with no off button can often find
people losing touch with the calming effect that the great outdoors can
give. When you book a cottage holiday, endless green spaces are
waiting to be explored.
Long walks in the countryside can help you reconnect with nature and
find a sense of calm in the world. This is also a great activity if you plan
to bring along your four-legged friends who will love running and
exploring with you. And, of course, nothing is more welcoming than a
cosy roaring fire at the end of a busy day exploring, giving you plenty of
time to relax with the family.
Expecting sunny days every day may be a little optimistic. Chances are
you are going to experience some wet days during your countryside
holiday. Planning for this will prevent you from wasting your day sitting
around, hoping for brighter weather. Maybe there is that novel you’ve
been dying to read.
If the kids are with you, why not see what board games you can find
around the cottage? Most cottages will provide things like DVD’s and
board games, so utilising these on rainy days will help keep you all
entertained.

In the past, I was a healthy person, but now I'm not so healthy. I don't
have exercise regularly and don't eat enough vegetables and fruits. I
just like to sleep late, stay up late at night. When I was young, I
thought it was cool to stay up late at night. But now as an adult, I
know
it's
not
good
for

my
health.
A few years ago, one of my friends told me that he didn't eat breakfast
every day because he felt he had no time to eat. I thought it was
strange that he didn't have time to eat breakfast, because breakfast is
the most important meal in a day. It can provide us with energy for our
work and study. If we skip breakfast regularly, we will be bad


tempered during the day, and our immune system will be weakened as
well.
We all have habits. Some of them are good for us, like brushing our
teeth or taking a multivitamin every morning. Others are bad for us,
such as smoking cigarettes or eating too much junk food. It’s
important to know the difference between good habits and bad ones so
that
you
can
maintain
a
healthy
lifestyle.
Some bad habits, such as smoking and excessive drinking, are fairly
obvious. They cause serious illnesses that can be life-threatening (like
lung cancer and liver disease) or result in painful conditions that can
lead to long-term disability (such as emphysema and arthritis). Other
bad habits, like eating too much junk food or not exercising every day,
aren’t as noticeable right away but can also take their toll on your
health. Long-term effects include obesity, diabetes, and high blood
pressure.

It’s never too late to change your bad habits. Most people don’t realize
how much they eat each day until they begin recording everything they
put in their mouths. This is why keeping a food diary is so important
when you want to lose weight.

Câu 4: Staying healthy and fitness are the most important in our life.There are
a lot of activities for us to stay healthy.For me,I usually swim in the river in front
of my house.I often swim with my father every afternoon .I swim about 2 hours
every day.Swimming help me relax after working hard and it also helps me
have a good heathy. I like swimming very much because I want to be a
swimmer.
Câu 5: yes i think so Times have changed, I believe. There was a time when
people stopped caring about their health but I believe in recent times, people
have again become more aware of their health. Most people prefer doing
some sort of physical activity in their lives to make sure they are healthy.
When making small decisions like the food they prefer, people are going for,
much healthier foods.
