I live in Quy Hop town, a mountainous area in Nghe An province. Because of my busy university life, I
rarely go back to my hometown. The obvious thing I see whenever I go back to my hometown is the
change in my neighborhood. There are many people, especially the young. It's a positive thing since
they've all come back to this town to stay and work. Due to their creativity and enthusiasm, there
are more entertaining places or social activities, creating new homes for everyone. The government
of Quy Hop town also makes an attempt to improve public security for the residents by adding more
cameras in the town. I know that there will be more differences in the future, and maybe someday I
can be the one who switches the neighborhood on another bright side. The more positive the
change in the town, the more proud I feel.

The superheroes are not the only ones we find in comics, cartoons, movies, etc. Whenever the word
"hero" comes to mind, I think of the real people, also known as "our everyday superheroes," who
always try to make the world a better place. For me, my everyday hero is my mother. I was born into
a broken family, and when I was in grade 9, my parents divorced. I only feel sad and sympathetic for
my mother somehow. She was the one who tried her best to bring up my big brother and me on her
own. As a teenager, I silently burned out from overthinking because of school and many things
around me, and my hero would be there to help me out. My mother has had to live alone since I left
for university in a new city, which makes me worried sick. I can't help but feel proud of and admire
her for being my life's heroine and for what she has done for her children with her own heart.

I have always loved doing workouts since I was in high school. And now, when I get into university,
I'll have to set another plan in order to achieve my fitness goal. First, I'll identify my target in detail; it
must be realistic, suitable for my physical conditions, and avoid overdoing it for the short-term
result. Once I've maintained my motivation levels, it's easier to keep going with my journey. I can
mix up my workouts if I get bored with my old programs because my body eventually gets used to
the training. After that, I will have to check on my progress by taking pictures and comparing them to
the latest ones. Finally, I should reward myself a little bit for attempting to achieve my goal, however
small. I hope to get the best version of myself, that'll be the strongest and healthiest one I have ever
had.
