Topic 36: Nowadays, it is true that many young people have a tendency to
resign at the company, or the corporation and they want to establish their
own enterprise, especially young people with high competence and ambition
in modern life.
What are some causes and some solutions for this issue?

These days, it is obvious that numerous young people tend to resign at the
company, or the corporation and they desire to set up their own enterprise,
especially the young with high capacity and ambition = aspiration in modern
life. This essay will discuss some/ several causes as well as solutions of this
issue.

There are two main reasons for this issue. The first factor/ cause of leaving
their old company and setting up their own company is low salary/income. In
fact, this problem makes employees feel demotivated and pessimistic in their
career path/ prospect. It is extremely difficult for them to improve their life as
well as their family and even they couldn’t afford to pay for a wide range of
expenditures on a daily basis. The second factor is poor environment and
working conditions. This means that they have no any opportunities to
enhance/ promote their talents, competence and creativity in work. As a
result, they couldn’t contribute their value and achievement to the company,
so leaving the company is the final choice for themselves.

In terms of pivotal solutions of this problem, there are following two main
measures. Firstly, employers or directors of the company or corporation
should have a reasonable salary policy for staff, which it is able to be
depended on their talents and ability as well. Secondly, the company needs

to create an advanced and developed environment with modern equipment


for staff to motivate/ foster/ boost them to work harder in the company.
Besides, giving a variety of annual bonuses for all staff is a must =
indispensable. This leads to = results in a great contribution of people
working in the company.

In conclusion, the above mentioned facts have outlined the reasons as well
as the measures of this issue. The presented suggestions would be very
good steps towards solving them. I hope that my solutions will resolve this
problem promptly and effectively.

2. What are some causes of this issue?
Causes:
1. low salary or income to improve the quality of life
- high living costs, high prices of items
- heavy financial burden on other costs including tuition fees, accommodation,
bills of water or electricity, food, drink, etc. Besides, it is not worthy for their
talents and ability to contribute positively to the company, so they feel
unsatisfied and disappointed when they work at that company.
2. have no a better career prospect
- have no good opportunities to develop their talents or ability
- lack of workshops which help/ assist them widen/ to broaden their
knowledge and horizons
- difficult = arduous for them upgrade their qualifications/ degrees
3. poor environment and working conditions

- unpolluted air makes them feel uncomfortable and inconvenient to work
effectively and promptly.
- they could not concentrate on/ focus on their tasks when working
inconvenient and uncomfortable workplace
- have no modern equipment or tools
- lack of advanced machines to serve their experiment
- have no beneficial opportunities to discover and experience their creative
ideas

for the post which they are working. This means that the living cost is too high
to pay towards a worker who has low income in the hustle and bustle of life.
Thus, it could be a heavy financial burden on themselves and their family to
cope with them. To illustrate this point, I would like to mention that a staff
working at the company is really difficult for him to address the problem of
daily costs such as bills of electricity, water, gas, food, drink, tuition fees, etc.
Therefore, leaving the company is a good way to help them improve their life.

Secondly, poor environment and conditions could be considered as a major
cause resulting in this problem. This is because of the fact that working in
environment pollution could trigger some hazardous/ serious diseases
including stroke, lung cancer, heart disease, etc. This problem could make
them feel bored/ tedious and unsatisfied to continue working for that
company. This can be shown by the example that a worker working at the
factory where is polluted and unclean for them to work comfortably and

effectively, so they are able to feel depressed and stressed to contribute their
talents as well as ability for the company. Obviously, they would choose the
way to set up their own company in the future.

In conclusion, many young people have a tendency to resign at the
company, or the corporation and they want to establish their own enterprise,
especially young people with high competence and ambition in modern life.
However, it could include some serious causes such as low salary and poor
environment.

In conclusion, leaving and establishing a private company is really popular
towards the young who have competence and ambition to develop their
career prospect. However, there are various causes which they need to
consider, some of which include low salary and poor working environment
and conditions.

Topic 37: Job hopping is popular among young people. Some prefer to do
the same job for the same company, whereas others prefer to change jobs
frequently because of health issues, salary and job promotion.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of changing jobs?

In recent years, there is a school of thought that the trend of switching jobs
has gained popularity in modern society. Changing another job frequently
could originate from health issues, salary and job promotion. From my
standpoint, its cons could never overshadow its pros. This essay will discuss
several benefits as well as drawbacks of this issue.

On the one hand, people accumulate a wide range of new experience when
they change jobs. This means that this is because they could approach to

new technologies, working culture and operational models used in different
companies. As a result, they obtain diverse knowledge as well as experience
in a new environment. For instance, many people change their jobs in order
to upgrade their competence as well as vital skills in working. In fact,
switching their job is one of the most effective ways to widen horizons and
discover new things.

On the other hand, the serious disadvantage is quite insecure through career
changes. This means that many people work in their previous jobs for quite a
while and they will often be quite scared about all the new things that they will
have to deal with new things in the future. For example, if they are a person
who is inflexible and is afraid to tackle many new things at a time, chances
are that career changes may not be for them because they have to begin a
new path with a wide range of difficulties and challenges as well.

as the drawbacks of this issue. Its disadvantages should be taken into
account. People should take advantage of the pros and minimize the cons of

22. Working at home
Topic 38: Nowadays, there are some ways to work which it could be
depended on the need or the expectation. Some say that it would be better if
the majority of employees worked from home instead of traveling to a
workplace every day.
What are the advantages of working from home and the
disadvantages?

In today’s society, it could be a good choice for employees to work at home
instead of moving to their workplace every day. From my standpoint, this

issue could be consisted of positive and negative sides. This essay will
discuss several benefits as well as drawbacks of this issue.

On the one hand, it is obvious that one of the most prominent
advantages is less stressed and more focused. This is because of
the fact that they increase productivity, better focus, and less stress
are some of the top reasons they work at home. When they work from

home, they are less likely to lose focus due to office working
distractions like environment noise or interruptions from coworkers.
With increased focus, they can get their work done more efficiently.
For example, a staff working with IT field at home is more appropriate
than working at the company because this job doesn’t travel to the
company every day.

On the other hand, the serious disadvantage is that working from
home can be lonely. This means that when they work from home,
they are likely to fight solo most of their time. This can create
feelings of isolation and loneliness, and can often have a hurt their
health and productivity. However, it's important to build in time for
social interaction and working from personal space will reduce face-
to-face interactions among mutual colleagues. This can be shown by
the example that (For instance,) an engineer works at home and he
doesn’t come to his company, it could make him tedious/ demotivated
and discouraged to complete his job and it can be delayed.

In conclusion, the above mentioned facts have outlined the benefits as well
as the drawbacks of this issue. Its disadvantages should be taken into
account. Thus, people should take advantage of the pros and minimize the
cons of this issue.


Positive working at home
Working from home is a lot more comfortable for lots of people. Employees
can save a great deal of time and money since they do not have to travel so
often, which means people will have more time for work and for themselves,
too. Less travelling will also help reduce traffic jam and environmental
pollution. Besides, working at home does not mean staying inside all day
long, people can choose to work in their garden or backyard, wherever makes

them feel convenient to work. Moreover, employees are under less stress
with a flexible working schedule.

23. Getting a job in big cities or hometown
Topic 39: Nowadays, many people decide to leave their hometown to big
cities to look for a job for themselves instead of staying in their own country to
work by its convenience.

should be thoughtful to make a decision.
