<b>LỰA CHỌN DUNG MÔI </b>

1. Dung môi không được hấp thụ tia UV trong khu vực mà mẫu đang hấp thụ.

2. Dung mơi khơng được tương tác hóa học với phân tử mẫu

nếu có tương tác sẽ làm xáo trộn độ hấp thụ.

3. Dung môi có thể được sử dụng để chuyển bước sóng hấp thụ sang bước sóng chuyển tiếp dài hơn hoặc ngắn hơn.
