Executive Summary

Our project is to study how to manage students' time and work most effectively. Our research uses real-world reference sources and reliable information obtained from the survey. As a result, after implementing the team's project work, we took a more objective view of how students manage their time and work from the 21 responses wereceived from the survey.

Time management is the ability to plan and organize one's timeeffectively. It is an essential skill for students, as they have to jugglemany different demands on their time, such as classes, homework,extracurricular activities, and jobs. The best time managementtechnique for a particular student will depend on their individual needsand preferences. However, all students can benefit from learning howto manage their time effectively. This report will discuss theimportance of time management for students, as well as some specifictime management techniques that students can use. The report willalso provide tips for students who are struggling to manage their time.

In terms of project implementation, we intend to adhere to the work plan and timeline outlined in the proposal as follows:Stage 1

2. The plan is complete

Stage 1: We define the research topic by combining team members.They search and curate authoritative websites on social media impactto make information specific, manageable, and trustworthy. Our toolused Google, a dedicated search engine. It can be especially useful forfinding articles, documents, and dissertations. Thanks to online searchactivities, we found the necessary information for the project paper.

Stage 2: We chose a survey method by asking people to fill out aform of five questions on the topic of student work and study timemanagement. Our subjects are 21 students randomly entering a classof FPT University Can Tho. We received a very prompt response fromyou. Thereby, getting a preliminary understanding of the student'sstatus.

Stage 3: After obtaining important information, we synthesize andapprove the opinions of team members to select the right content forthe project. Finally, complete the project with a group project report.Results

<b>Question 1: Are students responsible for managing their study time and working effectively?</b>

100% of students think that they are responsible for managing theirstudy and work time.

This is a signal that the vast majority of students have a positivemindset about their time management.

Next is the question that is quite difficult for the majority of people.Question 2: Should students prioritize study over work?

So far we have seen the contradiction of survey opinions, there are 14people (66.7%) yes, 7 people (33.3%) balanced, and 0 (0%) no, on theissue of should Prioritize study over work.

Whether studying should take precedence over work depends on yourpersonal circumstances and goals. In general, though, it's a good ideato prioritize your studies, especial ou're still in school or if you'rejust starting your career. Of cour ere are also some benefits toworking while you're studying. For example, working can help you gainexperience and make connections in your field. It can also save youmoney on your education. Ultimately, deciding whether to prioritizeyour studies or work is a personal one. However, if you are seriousabout your career, I suggest you make your studies a priority. This willgive you the best possible chance of success.

Balancing work and study can be challenging, but it's doable withcareful planning and effort. By prioritizing your studies, you can giveyourself the best possible chance of success in your career.

Question 3: Should students ask their professors for help ifthey have difficulty managing their time?

Most people think that it is advisable to ask for help from experiencedpeople. That makes perfect sense, if you're in trouble, ask for help. Question 4: Can students find resources to help them managetheir time effectively?

100% of people agree that they should look for resources to help themmanage their study and work time.

Question 5: Can students avoid procrastination by setting realistic deadlines for themselves and breaking large tasks down into smaller ones?

Yes, students can avoid procrastination by setting realistic deadlines for themselves and breaking large tasks into smaller ones. Here are some reasons why:

 Setting realistic deadlines helps students stay on track. When students know when they need to have a task completed by, theyare less likely to put it off until the last minute.

 Breaking large tasks into smaller ones makes them seem less daunting. When a task seems too big or overwhelming, it can be easy to procrastinate. But if the task is broken down into smaller, more manageable steps, it seems less daunting and students are more likely to get started.

 Setting deadlines and breaking tasks down into smaller ones helps students stay motivated. When students know what they need to do and when they need to do it, they are more likely to stay motivated and avoid procrastination.

Question 6: Should students use a time management app or website to help them manage their time?

Our survey builds on what we've found to let you know what studentscommonly think about how to manage their study and work time. Weare satisfied with our survey results.

This is a small study to find out how students manage their study and work time at university. Although this is the group's first report, the number of survey participants and the actual results obtained have met the group's expectations. This survey provided us with useful information and the research process went smoothly. The students whoparticipated in the survey gave useful personal opinions to help our team complete the research better. The data presented in this report are not representative of all undergraduate students because the subject and scope of the study were limited to a small group of students. Please read this report as a reference article with an objective perspective.

 Besides, the team leader should clearly assign work, have aspecific completion time and be suitable for each ability ofeach team member..
