For Ton Duc Thang University, I would like to express my gratitude to the Foreign Languages Faculties for equiped me fully necessary skills to practice in a real-working setting. Regarding the apprenticeship program for students, I realized it was completely adequate preparation so that I can represent my knowledge and skills in the working environment.

Besides, I would like to give my sincere thanks to Mrs. Trinh Hoang Dong who gave advice, answered our questions when we had something wonder about, and reminded us to complete the internship report on time.

The apprenticeship at Metub Joint Stock Company was an initial step in my working experience. This offers me two months practical apprenticeship in a professional working environment. Aside from getting used to the working environment, I also improve my knowledge and skills, step out of my comfort zone, do things that I have never done before, help me be more confident. From there, I oriented out my strengths and weaknesses so that I can enable me prepare for my career path. Metub Network is a network system that supports video creators on the YouTube platform. This is a project of the media company Netlink and is considered an official partner of YouTube in Vietnam (a YouTube certified partner). The goal of Metub Network is to create favorable conditions and support for individuals and video creators to create quality content, bring stable income from videos on Youtube.

Besides, Melive Tiktok Shop MCN is a project under Metub. Melive MCN is knownas the leading connecting agency between content creators and brands, developing content, helping to increase access to content, collaborating with creators, supporting issues and problems account topics and monetize by creating and catching up on trends in the community.

<b>1.2Live- streaming Department Description</b>

Establishing a social media presence for TikTok LIVE on other popular social mediaplatforms is the goal of this position. The ideal applicant for this position should be creative and analytical, have a thorough understanding of the various social media platforms, and be aware of current trends. In order to closely collaborate with the teams working on products, content, and design for TikTok LIVE in the Middle East, they should also have cross-functional cooperation abilities.

· Monitor comments and respond to direct messages promptly.· Identify and analyze key areas needing improvement, such as audience, acquisition, behavior, and conversions.

<b> CHAPTER 2: INTERNSHIP ACTIVITIES 2.1. Description of internship </b>

<b>2.1.1. Roles of Streamer Talent in Viet Nam New Lifestyle Incubation JSC</b>

In general, the role of Streamer Talent is to responding to consumer questions and complaints and providing fair answers about problems related to the cosmetics field. In order to achieve high performance as well as ensure the existence and development of the business, it depends on the huge efforts of streamer talents. Streamer Talent will responsible for participating in script development for livestream sessions, optimize the script after each session to increase efficiency; update new domestic and foreign livestream trends and styles to increase knowledgeand apply in practice.

In addition, streamer talent need to receive and transmit product and brand information to ensure that the information conveyed is effective, appropriate, with a clear purpose to help increase revenue.

<b>2.1.2 Responsibilities of Streamer Talent</b>

Customers might be considered the company's lifeblood, therefore attracting new clients and keeping existing ones happy are essential to its survival. In particular, thestreamer talent will provide customers with solutions like developing unique policiessuitable for each customer; defining goals; developing sales plans in each specific period; searching and developing a database of potential customers for the company;and maintaining and caring for current customers of the company.

<b>2.2. Specific Internship Activities 2.2.1 . Description of the real job</b>

The initial stage (the first two weeks) of my internship at Metub Company is the process where I am introduced to and familiar with the company's working methods through Ms. Quynh's training. To begin with, my employment has taught me more

about livestreaming on Tiktok and the advancements in the cosmetics industry. My purpose now is to comprehend the functions, components, and costs of numerous companies that collaborate with my business so that I may provide clients with product information.

After that, my manager taught me the skills required of streamer in the cosmetic industries, including knowing how to introduce the product in the most appropriate way and approaching customers proactively. These skills include understanding what customers want, selling in accordance with their needs, building trust with customers, and knowing how to establish sales.

I learned how to use those fundamental skills more through working directly with consumers throughout the course of the following four weeks (second stage). Besides, I also discuss with support parners at company, like my manager and livestream assistant to build reliable streamer's image, which can increase conversions and ensure monthly sales for the company.

In the last period (the last 2 weeks), I reported all accomplishedactivities and also all knowledge to my supervisor. My particular dailyactivities include the following:

<b>A. Hosting beauty livestream</b>

I spent the most of my time to come up with many plan to increase revenue for the company such as promote product using live streaming tools, persuadepeople to buy the product, create content script based on product training from operation team and l earn about the product’s benefit, features, etc before start the live video

From there, I will identify consumer patterns in order to modify and enhance the product in accordance with consumer demands.

In order for streamers to have more experience, the company often invites famous speakers, hot influencers and representatives from e-commerce parties to bring useful knowledge to streamers.

<b>C. Participate in competitions organized by the company</b>

To motivate streamers to grow sales. The company regularly organizes contestsevery month. The contest is designed with many different rounds and very attractive prizes. I'm also lucky to have achieved high rankings in competitions

<b>2.2.2. The Workplace Setting</b>

It is fully equipped with contemporary comforts and amenities that are adequate for conducting all of the business's operations.

I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work at Viet Nam New Lifestyle Incubation JSC to gain more knowledge in cosmetics field. Additionally, I had a wonderful internship experience because of the supervisor's committed leadership, as well as the company and excitement of my coworkers.

<b>2.3.1. Acquired Skills and Qualifications</b>

I developed a lot of streamer skills and working methods during my apprenticeship in order to help me advance in my future career. First, during my education, I had the opportunity to apply my professional knowledge and abilities and raise the degree of that knowledge. In addition, I've taught myself to follow certain rules when I go to work, such as arriving on time, dressing nicely, working under strict deadlines, and learning how to manage my time efficiently. And having a job in as a streamer has enabled me to put many positive traits, like patience, self-assurance, vivacity, and adaptability to change, into practice for myself.

2.3.2 Impact on my future job ambitions

My two-month internship was an experience that, contrary to what I had previously believed, provided me with a more realistic understanding of the working process. When I was in school, I used to think that going to work meant using my skills and knowledge to get money, but the truth is that it has taught me skills and knowledge that I had never known before. My job has improved my ability to think critically,

plan ahead, and create and accomplish goals. Internships give me a path full of personal development, insights, and self-discoveries, but they also make me braver and more resilient.

<b> CHAPTER 3 CONCLUSION </b>

A two-month internship is an essential first step in helping me build a successful career since it gives me the chance to gain real-world experience in the industry I've chosen. Learning how to apply my academic knowledge to the real world and obtaining experience that will help me land my dream job after graduation are two advantages of a student majoring in applied linguistics while working as a streamer. For instance, I can spot the differences in international corporate culture using my knowledge of business and basic business English, apply business knowledge to firm management strategies, and analyze business circumstances and decisions.In terms of drawbacks, even though working as a streamer allows me to experience something new and interesting, there is one part of this profession that is less than ideal. On top of that, the workload is so enormous that it has taken me a lot of time to finish the project on time. There were many individuals who led and supported me on this journey, despite the fact that it was initially difficult and overwhelming. Therefore, I had to exert extra effort and take the necessary steps to adapt to this profession in order to attain my goals.

My two-month apprenticeship has improved my maturity, independence, and assurance. I am appreciative of the time I spent working with Apalmy International Company Limited since I was able to arm myself with a number of tools necessary for today's highly competitive workplace.
