My next-door neighbor Tien, whose name translates to "fairy," is the first personthat comes to mind when discussing a certain subject about someone I inspire. Sheis a kind and considerate lady. We are cousins and also best friends since we werekids. Tien is an exceptionally wonderful individual who inspires me greatly in mycareer and studies, even though we are clearly the same age.

In terms of personality, Tien and I are complete opposites. While she is veryapproachable and patient, I am rather short-tempered and reserved. To me, one ofTien's most admirable personality traits is that she has good communication skills.Since she was a student she could easily strike up a conversation with anyone shejust has met. Different personalities, we face each other about a lot of things, suchas relationships, work and outlook on life. But thanks to that, I learned a lot fromher, especially optimism in everything.

Back in the days when we were still students at high school, we went to school,hung out together every day. She is always an excellent student in school and thatis also the reason why she inspires me a lot in studying. Because in my opinion,competing with my best friend is also a very interesting thing. Now that we'vegraduated from college, she and I do not see each other as often as we used tobecause we are both always busy with work, but that cannot diminish our closefriendship.

For me, Tien is not only a close friend I can share everything with, but also aperson who gives me a lot of motivation in life. I admire for her wisdom, her heartand many of her life advice. She is truly a friend that I never thought I would be solucky to have.
