II. Objectives: At the end of the lesson, the students will be able to write about their hobbies, work in pairs/
groups effectively and do the tasks set by teacher correctly.
III. Assumption: Students have known how to write a paragraph about their hobbies or different topics such as
films, entertainment, recreation, etc…
IV. Anticipated problems and Solutions:
- Problems: Students may not know the names of all kinds of hobbies and the new words related to the context.
- Solutions: Give students some new words.
V. Teaching Aids:
- Textbook ( English 11)
- Blackboard, colored chalks.
- Handouts.

MY HOBBY
My hobby is reading books. I read story-
books, magazines, newspapers and any
kind of material that I find interesting. I
started when I was eight. I learned to read

life. I would never stop reading them in my
life.

Correcting mistakes
One of my hobby is watching TV. My
hobby starts when I was a boy of 5. I would
always ask my parents to turn on the TV
set so that I could enjoy the cartoon films
or advertisements.
Now I find that watching TV enables me
learn many things. I learn a lot about how
people lived in old time. I learn about the
wonders of the world, space travel, tiny
viruses and other fascinating things.TV
programs provides me with so many
information and facts. I can stay at home
and watch almost everything happen

around me.
I think I will continues to watch TV although
TV programs are always useful to me.
Watching TV is actually a good hobby.
