Description of Students:
The students are in the 10

grade and are all native Vietnamese speakers.
The students have studied ESL for nearly 10 years and several are more
confident with writing and reading than they are with speaking.
Objectives:
By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to:
_ Listen to a recorded song for general understanding and specific detail
_ Understand the implications and the tune in a song.
_ improve listening skill to a song through Gap- filling exercise

The skill focus is listening
No special grammar structures is presented
Vocabulary_ several new words used in song are presented
