today use registry to store configuration and other important data. When you install
an application, a new registry entries will be created. These entries will
automatically be deleted when you uninstall the application. Unfortunately, it does

Working with Vista Start Menu is a real pleasure. Its interface turns the Start Menu
into a simple and effective tool.

*Improved Interface
Many programs and documents are used on a modern computer. To be able to
work with such a large amount of information, you need a launch pad that will help
you.

Everything stays in place
Find programs where you left them. It's always confusing in the regular menu
when you install or remove some programs and other programs change their
positions. That's why it was difficult for you to find programs. Vista Start Menu
keeps the positions of programs the same and leaves empty space when you un-
install a program. A new program will occupy this space in time

Flexible zoom
If your vision is poor, or if you set a very large or very small screen resolution and
want to continue working with comfort, just zoom the screen in or out. Zooming

You can even quickly shut down or restart the computer using the keyboard.
Everything is much easier. Press the Windows key on the keyboard to open the
menu and then press the key corresponding to the necessary operation. For
example, F3 to switch the user, F8 to shut down the computer. Power buttons are
available in the menu and you can easily access them with the mouse.

Highlighting new programs
All programs installed last week will be highlighted in a different color in the
menu. This will help you quickly find new documents or programs and since they

settings. To roll back to the old menu, just un-install the program. Also, you can
disable integration and start Vista Start Menu using the Quick Launch bar or the
system tray.

One-click launch
Usually you have to find the program folder in the menu first and then use its
submenu to start the program itself. We made it easier! Vista Start Menu will
automatically search through the list of folders and decide which program is the
main one in each folder. After that you will be able to open the menu and click the
necessary folder to start the program you need immediately. If you need access to
additional files, just wait until the submenu appears. The folder icon will be
replaced with the icon of the main application. All this will help you find and start
the necessary programs many times faster.

Menu customization
Arrange your menu the way you like it. The easily customized main list will allow
you to change the order of items and also add new ones or remove those you do not
need. You can easily increase the number of tabs for any menu item by editing
their positions and names.

Quick un-install
There are programs that do not add an un-install shortcut to their menus so you had
to open the Control Panel and remove them manually. We solved this problem too.
Just right-click the program you want to un-install and select Un-install. This
feature works with any shortcuts: in the Start menu, on the desktop or on the Quick
Launch bar
