- Offers solutions to meet rapidly increasing demand for LEED

Approach to CSR – strategic, not philanthropic
• Focus areas are education, building infrastructure and community
development
• Tools have been developed to measure the effectiveness of projects
and donations
• Community spending of CHF 36 million in 2009, equaling more than
1% of net income before tax (decrease of 14% compared to 2008)
• New target – every Group company to have a community
