Period 18 Language focus 1.
I. Objectives:
- Further practice on all grammar points in three Units
- After the lesson, Ss will be able to practice with the new
grammar points correctly.
II. Preparation:
- Material: Textbook ,workbook.
III. Teaching procedure:

- S1: Write 5 comparative sentences.
- S2: Write 5 superlative sentences.
3. New lesson:
A. Warm- up:
Give the comparative form of these following adjs:
- good - bad - difficult - small -
expensive - cheap
- strong - interesting - lucky - nice - short
- big
B. Presentation:
- Ss revise some key grammar points from Unit 1 to Unit 3.
- T helps Ss practice them both by speaking aloud and writing
them on the BB.
- T gives the right answers and asks Ss to copy them into their
notebook.
1. Present simple tense:
a) is / lives / are / goes.
b) are / eat / rides / catch.
2. Future simple tense:
He will do his homework, but he won’t tidy the yard.
