GROUP ASSIGNMENT
• Choose TWO companies to learn about their HRM
systems:
1. Describe the current HRM system of each company (3/10 points);
2. Identify its strengths and weaknesses (3/10 points);
3. Compare the two HRM systems of these companies and elaborate
the similarities and differences (3/10 points).
1/10 point reserve for comprehensive presentation, in the oral
presentation as well as the written report.
• Requirements: oral presentation (50%0 and written report

(50%).
• Submit the power point slides and written report, in both
hard and soft copies, in the presentation day.
