FACTORS AFFECTING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TAX'S CHECK AND
INSPECTION AT HCMC TAX'S DEPARTMENT
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determine thefactors that affect the efficiency of the inspection,
tax inspection at the HCMC
s

Tax Department. The Datas from the study are collected from 170
officers engaged in the control and inspection in HCMC
s
TaxDepartment. The methods of descriptive
statistics, Cronbach
s
Alpha test, factor analysis to explore (EFA) and linear regression analysis
are used in multiple studies. The research results show' that the factors affecting the efficiency
of the inspection, inspectors tax factor "Quality of test and inspection ", "Tax Policy and Legal
taxpayer ", "Management and coordination ", "Propaganda and support. " Based on regression
equations showed that four variables included in the model are correlated with the effectiveness
of the inspection, tax inspections. All these factors have the same effect on the efficiency of the
inspection, tax inspections.
