Disavantage of
job hopping??
Employers may
be hesitant to
invest in you
Affects trust
and confidence
No job security
Last in,
first out
Lack of depth in
knowledge
what should you do if you decide to change your job?
Avoid frequent moves. Try temping for a while, take some time
to assess your skills, and figure out what you like and really want

to do.
Don't burn bridges. Even if you dislike your boss, your job, your
office… leave on good terms. Keep in touch with other people
you worked closely with. You never know when you'll need a
reference.
Leave a positive lasting impression. When resigning, thanking
your boss for the opportunity to learn with the company. Then
make an effort to stay on for a mutually agreed time frame and
train your replacement. These actions will send a positive
message to the recruitment marketplace, that you are
responsible, reliable and career-focused.

In my opinion, you should think carefully before
changing your job. Choose a job which you love
and try your best, you will be success.
