VCCB has agreed to issue this letter of Guarantee and affirm that we are on behalf of The

your company within the scope of this Guarantee upon your company’s first documents
attached evident documents to prove the Guaranteed should not to fulfill the payment
obligation according to the agreement mentioned above1.
Any requests in writing from your company must be attached this Payment Guarantee
(original), submitted and received by VCCB at …………… on working hours within the
validity of this Guarantee.

or not to VCCB.
