I. Abstract:

In Socialization, woman who is a important composition in social and
can’t lack in a family. They are participating a big success to developing in

their country by talent, knowledge and physical strength. All woman usually
have a heavy liability. They have both personal liability and join liability that
is to become a person have two role as a mother and a wife in family. Beside
that, they must complete their role as a employee in company like a man. In
the part time , the woman only was see as a gentle sex and every body who
often was evaluated is lower than man. That idea was easy explained because
of many problem was stared from old lifestyle or underdeveloped idea.The
role of women in society has been greatly overseen in the last few decades but
now are coming to a more perspective to people. In the early days women
were seen as wives who were intended to cook, clean, and take care of the
kids. They were not allowed to vote while men took care of having jobs and
paying any bills that had to be paid. But these idea meet a lot of problem
because women should have a bigger role than what other people thought
women should have. Women would have strikes and go on marches to prove
that they should have rights just like everyone else. They faced discrimination
like and other race that faced it. Women would voice their opinion in any way
possible so that they could reach their goal.

II. Research:
1. Chapter I : Introduction
A woman has an important place in human society and she has to play
significant role in human progress and prosperity. As it is assumed by certain
narrow minded people, woman can in no inferior to man. She is his
counterpart and is equally important and equally capable of sharing the
responsibilities of life. Her main function is procreation for which she makes
every sacrifice. Then she nourishes the child and brings it up; the process is

very important because the entire life depends upon and is associated with the
way she brings up a child. There are conservative people who are of opinion
that women should not be educated. This view point is retrogressive and
hence unacceptable in the modern scientific age. Women must be educated
and trained to share the responsibilities of their society.
The enlightened women can understand the nature of their function and
perform their duties to the best efforts. Now day's women are working in
every field of life. They are also serving the nation in the same way like the
man. Women is flying the airplanes, she is a doctor, an engineer and more
than a mother. Because of special woman position, government must be have
a lot of real rule to protect woman in front of many bad problem in our life.
Specially, A hot problem is happening that is woman equality right. A real
situation need to warning .There is still a widespread idea that women are not
equal to men. Even though many people try to convince themselves
otherwise, this thinking is still well-rooted among many men even in the most
developed countries. Though almost of men have a incisive respect for
women, there is still a lot of different idea in the perception about the real
role of women and whether indeed they are equal. Most women not really
understand right themselves or their real roles in social, then it is difficult for
them to speak in any convincing manner about any of the issues that concern
them. Women assert that they are equal to men because woman can do all that
men do; they can be doctors, lawyers and so on.

Chapter II: Reality information :
+ According to the researchers, family violence affects the child's
personality development accounted for 91%, as family breakdown is 89.7% .

+ According to the Supreme People's Court, a year on average there were
8,000 divorces which are attributable to domestic violence. According to
statistics of the hospital, the center, the emergency room of the country, with
over 27% of women abused hospitalized, more than 10% of serious medical
treatment every year due to violence family.
+ In Vietnam, according to survey results in 8 provinces of the
Women's Union in 2008, 23% of family respondents acts of physical violence
and 30% of family violence on sex, 25% of respondents with family violence
of spirit in which women are victims accounted for 97%.
A. The goal of gender equality
The goal of gender equality is the elimination of gender discrimination
and create equal opportunities for men and women in economic development
- social development and human resources towards substantive equality
between men and women and establishing and strengthening cooperation and
support between men and women in all spheres of social life and family

* Gender equality in politics
1. Men and women participate equally in state management, participate
in social activities.
2. Men and women participate equally in the formulation and
implementation of conventions or rules or regulations of the community and
regulations of agencies and organizations.
3.Men and women are equal in qualifications and age when they are
promoted or appointed to the management positions, leaders of agencies and
organizations.

1. Men and women are equal in the establishment of enterprises,
conducting production activities, trading, corporate governance, equality in
access to information, capital, and labor market.

3. Enterprises employing more female workers are tax incentives and
financing under the provisions of law;
4. Female workers in rural areas are supported credit, agricultural,
forestry, fishery as prescribed by law.
* Gender equality in the labor field
1. A. Men and women are equal in standard age when hiring, are
treated equally at work on employment, wages, bonuses, social insurance,
working conditions and other conditions of employment .
2. Men and women are equal in standard age when they are promoted
or appointed to hold the positions of the lines have the standard title.
3. Measures to promote gender equality in the labor field, including:
a) Regulate rates of male and female employment;
b) Training and capacity building training for women workers;
c) The employer shall facilitate labor hygiene and safety for workers to
work in some lines of heavy exposure to hazardous or toxic substances.
* Gender equality in education and training
1. Men and women are equal in age, training and retraining.
2. Men and women are equal in selected lines of study and training.
3. Male and female equality in access to and enjoyment of policies on
education, training, retraining and professional.

to bring children under the age of thirty-six months under the provisions
supported by the Government.

C. Cause of woman equality right
Rules protect body which is the rules real to provide a lot of true
behavior is using with woman conception of women when married, died to
do a ghost for husband family. Consequently, they were afraid to report to her
husband to court because "bad guy who says," they are also afraid of public
opinion. If such awareness, family background could not be sustainable
development.
These woman are thinking very simple. They claim that physical

were healed but innermost feelings them always scared when I saw the
husband currently we are building cultural lifestyle, people and crime ... such
institutions must consolidate, unions are responsible for the residential
community. Furthermore, the family must also have full awareness of the law.
In this case, the woman should try to rise up to protect myself and family
protection law rather than protect the silent way and enduring like that.
More recently, the mass media to upload many domestic violence,
whether we've had laws and sweeping law propaganda. There are many
causes that led to this situation, which includes economic pressure, but more
important still is the woman's perception of happy families, limited to
"tolerate Infinity" should not change to be acts of violence

Chapter III: Solution to make a good social for woman
Many organize will work together with everyone, especially young boys
and men-supporters of the change, seeking to educate and raise the
consciousness of others about the rights of women. Every people in social in
levels will also be mobilized and assist in advocacy and campaigns to find out
what alternative solution on social to promote women's rights and help
woman have a better life . To raise awareness and empower women so that
they can protect themselves from all forms of violence, be entitled to medical
services, social, economic, legal support, adequate employment opportunities
and equal employment without discrimination. Build leadership and a good
education for women has the potential and assist them to become the leaders
in all areas of social and political. Strengthening community groups and link
them to the networks and movements at the national level, regional and
internationally so they can fight against violence with woman in everywhere.
Practicing campaigns and lobbying to change the legal standard, rigid
customs and all forms of discrimination against women. Mobilizing increased
budget allocation for these activities on the rights of women. The right to
education men and women was created a good facilitation for occupational
and career, taking part in study and gain qualifications at the institution under
the different types in rural and urban areas. Enjoy from health care services,
including family planning services and social insurance, special in cases of
retirement, unemployment, illness, old age and disability the inability as well
as the right to leave is entitled to wages; the right to protection of health and

+ In general , 32% people is notice with woman equality right and they
usually take part in a lot of public action to carry out propaganda and
education .

right .Almost of them life in border area and they don’t have enough media.

V. Conclusion
Totally,woman has a big important in company and they has a special
position in a family. everyday, they usually need to complete these work form
many liability person. such as a mother to look after child and a employer in a
company. Because that reason, they usually feel stress .then some problem
about healthy will happen with them. The husband must be notice with his
wife and need to help his wife in housework. Government and a lot of
organize should add many activity day to raise woman position. Every people
must to abide woman rules by your action. Exclude a certain number of
violence behavior and treat badly woman spirit with woman in where you live
and study . Ready act because a country don’t have woman tears . Practicing
these rules to protect woman in front of many behavior crimination and set
up a better social for woman in Viet Nam and over the world ."Take action
for gender equality. Gender equality is a goal of most countries. Because the
everybody need to aid knowledge about equality gender and sustained
activities to enhance implementation of gender equality should be advocating
elimination of the customs and outdated practices the underlying causes of
inequality leads to world. beside that they must also be a deterrent, tough for
husbands often use violence, advocacy and help them understand and comply
with legislation gender equality, prevention of domestic violence. Together,
the trade union officials should also advocating elimination of the customs
and outdated practices are the root causes leading to gender inequality.
