When a disaster such as an earthquake or a flood strikes, time is often a critical factor
in providing needed food, water and shelter for people who are suddenly homeless and exposed
to the elements. Ideally, the erection of a shelter should take a short time. The emergency use of
tents has been the conventional answer to these situations. However, in many cases, those left

homeless are in need of shelter for an extensive period of time. The temporary and insufficient
nature of tent housing does not meet these long-term requirements.

some people claim to have seen in the sky and believe UFOs are spacecraft from another planet.
Many other people consider them just as atmospheric phenomena, hallucinations or tricks of

light.
Some people believe that UFOs are real objects, not hallucinations. Some people
even claimed they themselves had seen a UFO and man-like creatures on it. The UFO was able
to turn round, stop in mid-air and go up very quickly. It flew at remarkably speed. In 1971, two
men claimed that aliens from a UFO had captured and taken them aboard. These aliens
examined them and then freed them afterwards.

English is one of the most popular languages in the world. It comes second in the
number of speakers after Chinese. In Viet Nam, more and more people are studying English,
considering it a key to success. However, not everyone knows how to learn English
effectively.
The best way to improve the four skills, speaking, listening, reading, and writing, is
to practice regularly. You should make use of every opportunity to speak English with
friends in class or at English speaking clubs or even with yourselves in front of the mirror.
Learning by heart all the words does not help much if you do not read a lot because you will
easily forget what you have learnt. Reading books, listening to radio and watching films are
better ways to memorize words. Besides, English learners should not be so shy because
making mistakes is unavoidable in learning foreign languages. Practicing speaking a lot is a
good way to correct your mistakes.
