UNIT 1: BACK TO SCHOOL
1. I’m in class 7A. So am I.

2. Từ chỉ số lượng:
- a lot of
+ N đếm được và không đếm được
- lots of

- many + N danh từ đếm được số nhiều
- much + N không đếm được
Ex: She has lots of / many books.
There is a lot of / much water in the glass

3. Các từ hỏi:
- what: cái gì What do you do?
- where: ở đâu Where do you live?
- who: ai Who do you live with?
- why: tại sao Why do you learn English?
- how: như thế nào How are you?
- how far: bao xa How far is it from your house to school?
- how long: bao lâu How long have you learnt English?
- when: khi nào When were you born?
- what time: mấy giờ What time do you go to bed?
4. Câu so sánh:
a. So sánh hơn:
- Tính từ ngắn: S + be + adj + er + than ….. My school is bigger than you school.
- Tính từ dài: S + be + more + adj + than …. My bike is more expensive than your bike.
b. So sánh nhất:
- Tính từ ngắn: S + be + the + adj + est ….. My school is the biggest in the town.
- Tính từ dài: S + be + the most + adj …. This exercise is the most difficult.

c. Một số từ so sánh bất qui tắc:


- good / well better the best
- bad worse the worst
- much / many more the most
- few fewer the fewest
- little less the least
- happy happier the happiest
- heavy heavier the heaviest

UNIT 2: PERSONAL INFORMATION
1. The Simple future (Thì tương lai đơn)
KĐ: S + will / shall + V1 I will = I’ll
PĐ: S + will / shall + not + V1 (will not / shall not = won’t / shan’t)
NV: Will / Shall + S + V1 …?
- Chỉ hành động sẽ xảy ra trong tương lai
- Các trạng từ: tomorrow (ngày mai), next, in 2015, tonight (tối nay), soon (sớm) ….
2. The simple present: Thì hiện tại đơn
- To be: thì, là, ở
KĐ: I am He/ She / It + is You / We/ They + are
PĐ: I am not He/ She / It + isn’t You / We / They aren’t
NV: Am / Is / Are + S …?
- Động từ thường:
KĐ: I / You / We / They + V1 He / She / It + V(s/es)
PĐ: I / You / We / They + don’t He / She / It + doesn’t + V1
NV: Do / Does + S + V1 …?
- chỉ một thói quen ở hiện tại
- chỉ một sự thật, một chân lí.
- always, usually, often, sometimes, seldom, rarely (ít khi), seldom (hiếm khi), every, once (một

lần), twice (hai lần)
3. Số thứ tự:
- first second third fourth fifth


- sixth seventh eighth ninth tenth
- eleventh twelfth thirteenth fourteenth fifteenth
- sixteenth seventeenth eighteenth nineteenth twentieth
- twenty-first twenty-second twenty-third twenty-fourth twenty-fifth

UNIT 3: AT HOME
1. Câu cảm thán: What a / an + adj + N!
Ex: What a big house! What an expensive house!
2. Is there a / an + N số ít ….? Yes, there is / No, there isn’t.
Are there any + N số nhiều ….? Yes, there are. / No, there aren’t.
3. Từ chỉ nơi chốn: on, in, under, near, next to, behind, in front of, on the left , on the right, at
the back of, either … or, in the middle of, …

UNIT 4: AT SCHOOL
1. The present progressive: Thì hiện tại tiếp diễn
KĐ: I am + V-ing You / We / They + are + V-ing He / She / It + is + V-ing
PĐ: I am not + V-ing You / We / They + aren’t + V-ing He / She / It + isn’t + V-ing
NV: Am / Is /Are + S + V-ing?
- hành động đang diễn ra ở hiện tại.
- at the moment, now, right now, at present - Look! Nhìn kìa - Listen! Lắng nghe kìa
2. Cách hỏi giờ:
What time is it? / What is the time?
3. Cách nói giờ:
a. Giờ đúng: It’s + giờ + o’clock.
Ex: 6:00 – It’s six o’clock.

10:00 – It’s ten o’clock.
b. Giờ hơn: It’s + giờ + phút hoặc It’s + phút + past + giờ
Ex: 9:10 – It’s nine ten / It’s ten past nine.
12: 20 – It’s twelve twenty / It’s twenty past twelve.


Có thể dùng "a quarter" thay cho 15 phút và "half" thay cho 30 phút Ex: 8:30: It's half past
eight = It's thirty past eight = It’s eight thirty.
1:15: It's a quarter past one = It's fifteen past one = It’s one fifteen.
c. Giờ kém: It’s + giờ + phút / It’s + phút + to + giờ
Ex: 3:50: It's ten to four = It’s three fifty
9:45: It's a quarter to ten = It's fifteen to ten = It’s nine forty-five.
4. Hỏi học môn gì:
- What time do you have English? - I have English + at + giờ + on + thứ
- When do you have English? - I have + môn + at …/ on …
5. Cách dùng this / that / these / those
- This + N số ít: chỉ gần (cái này, người này)
- That + N số ít chỉ xa (cái kia, người kia)
- These + N số nhiều chỉ gần (những cái này, những người này)
- Those + N số nhiều chỉ xa (những cái kia, những người kia)

UNIT 5: WORK AND PLAY
- What do you study in + môn học …?
- What does he / she study in + môn học …?
- I learn about / She / he learns about ….
- He / She good at + V-ing …
- What’s your favourite subject? My favourite subject is …

UNIT 6: AFTER SCHOOL
- Let’s + V1…

- How about + V-ing …?
- What about + V-ing ….?
- What should we do this afternoon? Should + V1

UNIT 7: THE WORLD OF WORLD

UNIT 8: PLACES
1. Từ chỉ nơi chốn: opposite, between … and …, from … to ….
2. Cách hỏi đường đi: Could you tell / show me the way to …?
3. Hỏi khoảng cách: How far is it from … to….?
- It is about …..km.
4. Động từ need: need + N need + to + V1
5. I’d like + N … I’d like + to + V1 …
6. Hỏi giá cả: How much is / are + N …? How much is it?
