Joe:

Hi there. I bought this pair of trousers from you last week. Is it
possible to change them for the next size up?

Tom:

They’re too small?

Joe:

Yes, they’re a bit tight.

Tom:

OK. I’ll have a look for you and see if we’ve got the next size.

Joe:

Thanks.

Tom goes and gets the next size of trousers.
Tom:

Here we are. These are the next size up. Would you like to try
them on?

Joe:

Yes, I’d like to make sure they fit this time.

Tom:

OK. The fitting room is over there.
