THE TELEPHONE IN THE US
The telephone was invented in 1876 by Alexander Graham Bell, a Scotsman who

Set in the red desert of central Australia is the mining town of Cooper Pedy. At first

British families started going on holiday to the seaside around the middle of the 19th

THE FIRST BICYCLE
The history of the bicycle goes back m.ore than 200 yea’s. In 1791, Count de Sivrac.

Beatrix Potter was a story writer whose books about animals have been translated into
