B. USE:
 We use Past Simple to talk about finished actions. We also use
Past Simple to talk about actions finished in the past.


We use Present Perfect to talk about unfinished actions, and we
also use it for talking about experiencies.

A. FORM:
 Past simple is formed: SUBJECT+ VERB (-ed) (Regular Verbs) and
for Irregular verbs: SUBJECT+ VERB (2nd Column).


Present perfect is formed: HAVE/HAS+ Past Participle (3rd Column)
